The app is so easy to use and the doctors in this service are FANTASTIC. Coming from a lot of bad experiences with GPs, Instant Consult is definitely my #1 go to for seeking medical advice from here on out. The doctors are the most knowledgeable, professional and friendly people I've met and genuinely listen to you during the consult. I've yet to have a bad experience with this app. Referrals get sent to your notifications in the app, where they can be downloaded as PDF so easily. 10/10.

Mostly good, caring doctors. But, I still can't access my last certificate as the app is flashing messages everywhere (lucky I don't have epilepsy!). Have tried deleting and reloading app x2 and restarting phone, but to no avail

Very helpful. Used the app 4 times now for various family members. Doctors are friendly, helpful and can communicate well. Only negative is that a new email login is required for each family member which is a little tough when you have 3 children and then need 4 different email addresses. But other than that, I absolutely recommend. Escripts and instant radiology /pathology requests are super handy.

Wont say too much, But All I will say is Highly recommended, Couldn't get to my GP and needed a prescription quick, Waited to speak to someone to try my luck, Not actually expecting it, within 2 mins I had a prescription emailed too me and I went down and collected it, I went from worried about how im gonna get it, To driving to the pharmacy to get what I needed within 20 mins.
