This app still seems to be in beta status. The photo function is half baked, with constant focus hunting, no controls and therefore over or underexposed images of the property. The final comment disappears as soon as your scroll a little up in the app! But the worst issue: it does not keep any data after the upload process on the phone! I had the issue, that, although the app showed me the upload success message, the data never got through to my employer, so I had to redo the whole inspection!

There's no function to copy notes from previous reports on the android version. Notes don't always sync - have to save first, reopen and type back in. It takes forever to export to PDF - It is quicker to print to pdf on the computer (margins are wrong for printing if done this way). Ocassionally crashes and goes to a black screen - you need to close the app completely and reopen.

My last review was mainly due to user error... Not the most user friendly layout but it's working. The time difference with them being in Australia created a little gap in response time that increased my frustration. However, very helpful once I heard back from them.

While this covers every part of an inspection I need, theres no way to create a report from your phone. I've had to create an inspection, save it, login online, go to the inspection, THEN create a report. Not sure if this is due to a glitch after the recent update, but this needs to be fixed. I dont always have access to my computer, and cant wait days to get the inspection reports uploaded to Buildium, like during move out inspections when we are charging for damages.

Customer support couldn't have responded any faster and been more helpful in resolving the issues having display issues on there devices. Turned out to be something on my company's side that caused the initial problems. We did our first successful inspections on several jobsites yesterday. App worked flawlessly. Thank you again.

first the app was completely set up wrong with all my properties from buildium. then I finally do a test inspection and it tells me it's synced. I finalized the report and it still does not sync to buildium. I'm waiting over a week for a reply about how they're going to fix this.the properties in the wrong folders as mentioned above took over 1 month to correct and I was told I should not use the app until it's fixed. signed up with buildium in April and now I'm wondering is it worth it?!
