    The app is great! I just used it for the first time today and it's spot on for my daily workout records. There's a lot of features and fairly easy to navigate. I also love that we can create a ton of customizable exercises. The app is affordable too so I bought the app in a jiffy. I'm not a fan of the 7 day trial but buying was worth it. Highy recommended for workout junkies out there! Suggestion: I hope the dev would update the exercises catalog in the app because there's only a handful.

    Such a great workout app. First downloaded it in 2017 and used it for a year. Now in 2019 im trying it again. Loved it like the first time I used it. One great cardio addition would be a punching bag/heavy bag workout. Simply research the amount of calories burned per minute on a light, medium, heavy punching basis and it'd be good to go. I constantly recommend it to friends and family. Thanks!

    Honestly, I was mildly annoyed by the trial period pay wall. But it wasn't deceptive and full feature access was nice. When researching other apps, this one is by far the most intuitive, customizable, and complete on tracking data. My only suggestion would be to expand the variety of individual exercises available. This is a minor complaint as the "add your own" feature makes up for it. overall good app, easy to use, and good price. Especially compared to the 'subscription' style apps out there.

    This is a pretty good app. The function that I found the most useful is the ability to create a workout ( that includes creating your own exercise with picture) set a reminder for it weekly or every two days and tackle the motivation issue with workouts. Everything other feature is just icing on the cake. Great app.

    Was looking for something simple with a clear cost. The cost is clear and it's fantastic value. The app is awesome, simple to use but has features I didn't know I wanted until I got into lifting again. I tried a few other apps and this was the one that worked best for me. Every week I am pushing myself trying to beat last weeks reps or weight and this has been a superb motivator Get this app, work hard and eat lots of protein. Job done.

    It's a very well-thought-out an all rounded app which I have found to be one of the most practical apps which most closely suits my needs. My only niggle is that I am unsure as to whether this app can automatically sync across all of my Android devices. I have sent numerous emails to the developer inquiring about the availability of the sync function but he hasn't responded to any of them. It makes one wonder if there would be any after-sales support. Shame.

    Great app. Allows you to create a totally customized workout plan. You can also track your progress and set goals for your next workout. I tried a bunch of different similiar apps and this one is in my opinion by far the easiest to use and understand, as well as having everything I wanted.

    This application is great, I just have a question, when using dumbbells should I indicate the total weight or is it enough to put that of each one?
