In general it's a good app, but lately I'm not able to see my account details and history of transactions. All I get is a blank screen.

It's always been slow, but now for weeks it's been impossible to use: after login it gives me black screen and gets stuck/crashes (Android 8.1). Because of the obligatory mobile-authentication, I cannot log in via the browser either. So I simply can't access or do anything with my account. This is ridiculous. UPDATE: It suddenly works again (at least for now), it loads properly after short while of black screen. As for the reply: I don't know how to install Beta version. I'll contact support if the app freezes again.

Always something wrong with this app. Does not start, gets stuck, doesn't tell you it is not working because of an update (Just doesn't log you in anymore). Like seriously, how hard would it be to give a warning that I need to update the app when I try to log in. If not that, it's terribly slow.

Pretty slow, gets stuck sometimes. But it does its job. Details : Sometimes the two factor authentication doesn't trigger the notification, or you need to close the app completely and open it again to see the 2FA confirmation option. I am used to closing it and opening it again, because if I don't, it sometimes gets stuck loading the 2FA screen. Edit 2: It would be nice to just confirm 2FA by using fingerprint from a notification and that's it, instead of needing to load the app and press an additional button. Similar to Microsoft Authenticator, if you want an example.

The log in is dreadful. Every time I try to log in I would be trying at least a few times, force closing the app a bit and patiently waiting waiting waiting. Sometimes I can't even log in and I have to try again later. I just want something that reliably works.

Very slow, loading each site takes about 15-20s. Online transfer confirmation is very difficult - I have to restart app several times to make it work. It is really time consuming and I'm getting frustrated, specially if I'm in hurry. I do not recommend it, it could be much better.

Before it was worked good but now is doesn't work anymore if i gonna open the app loading a little bit longer and then after the screen is totally black,. I plan to change a bank soon. It is useless at all. This app is getting more worst.

Barely works. The app doesn't open properly and will not take me to my accounts in 4 out of 5 tries. Best chances to access my account is with WiFi but not even that is working all the time.

Hi developers, I really like this bank but the app is not reliable. It won't login even if I try giving code or my finger print. Also, I receive the notification to confirm login/tranfers late or even they never show up sometimes. Please fix this. Thanks

widget does not refresh with the new bank balance. neither does the refresh button work to refresh manually. @Ing Diba, thanks for the response. my other banking apps refresh normally, anyways I tested your suggestion unfortunately it still doesn't work.
