    Hi, After recent update, the app is stuck at the splash screen after providing the authentication. I am not able to use this app due to this issue. Please help resolve the issue.     This version seems to have lots of bugs. Crashes frequently. Can't check attendance. App closes automatically. Navigation is complicated. Also have been trying to check pay slips. But when trying to open it says - Something went wrong.

    After the new update, not able to download or view the payslips. For every action done on the app, I get "Something went wrong. Do try again. Not able to use the app properly. Tried logging out, uninstalling and reinstalling. Nothing works.

    Every link is displaying "Something went wrong. Do try again" making the app completely unusable. Facing this issue from the time of the latest update of landing page. Daily activity Apply WFH has become impossible. The new landing page has made the loading extremely slow. Sometimes the app does not open at all even after waiting for several minutes. Hoping this issue to get fixed at the earliest or rollback the changes until a fix is found.

    Getting "Something went wrong. Do try again" message for almost every option like downloading salary slips, applying leave, creating comp-offs. Issue started after new landing page update rendering app not useful, making day to day activities tedious. Please provide an update for this asap.

    After the recent update, the payslip for the current month, is moved to the end in the list and it does not open. It saying something went wrong. The app is gets hanged frequently. Also, the average attendance, is showing zero in month wise

    App crashes every now and then. Unable to download docs and in the attendance records as well unable to fetch the records with given custom dates as go button is not responding. Recent update is very clumpsy. Also I see "Something went wrong. Try later" error many times.

    This issues is for last 2..3 days and still persists as on 8th april 2021.....After providing pin...getting message that you are not connected to any network. Check your internet connecton...wifi and mobile data is available to phone. No issues with internet. Reinstalled several times but every time getting same problem. Ultimately have latest version of this app after reinstall

    This app is really making my days hectic. Whenever I try to apply work from home this app will not recognise my pwd and no matter how many time I enter the right password it will not let me in. Then I have to log in to sparsh from laptop and have to apply on duty for the days I missed because of this app. And out of a sudden after 4 - 5 days it will accept my credentials and let me in. Not sure what kind of algorithm it follows. Please fix this.

    There is some Major issue with app after the last 2 updates. Everywhere I go, something went wrong pops up. Be it claims, or download payslip, or apply comp-off, it shows 0 day(s) when I apply WFH. , Can't see my attendance records- screen just loads infinitely..

    The only pros with recent update is the UI. Except that, the functionality is pathetic. We keep struggling to apply WFH, Leaves, opening payslips and what not. Please check and fix the app. It's definitely not the experience we all want.

    This app has stopped working with the latest version. Update#1: I have already reinstalled but it didn't work. Restarted my phone too.. but no luck. Update #2: Both In tune and authenticator apps are installed and are of latest version as per the playstore. Also battery optimization is also off for authenticator app. Update #3: It is still stuck at initial screen and no error is being thrown.

    The app worked well before recner update. But afte rthe update since 2 weeks afte the pin it just shows refreshing and nothing gets displayed. Checked other Reviews and installed Company portal, signed in but still InfyMe isn't working. Kidnly help. Update: Thank you team for the super quick response. My issue is resolved after reinstalling the InfyMe app. Very happy with the App as well as the team.

    After the latest update app stopped working, application stuck at the initial screen. Tried re- installing the app but no luck. #1.Updated company portal but unable to activate the profile, Error : You don't have access to this Your sign-in was successful but you don't have permission to access this resource. #2.Did a fresh install of Company portal, encountered same error as mentioned above ( unable to activate work profile)#3. Yes, I was having company portal earlier and worked fine.

    Not being able to proceed after the initial screen.. After the new update, the application is not at all working in my phone.     Updates were not stable after update. I updated and since then I am not able to open the app after installing the latest updates. After few weeks, it is fixed. Although i was not using authenticator app for Infyapps, i still updated it alongwith company portal, and it somehow fixed. Thanks team for addressing.

    As soon we change login password in the Infy Laptop, and update our company portal.. Infy Me app stopped working. It doesn't even open. Any suggestions ?     One of the most annoying app I have ever seen! Every second day, you guys are updating it - making it as heavy as Sparsh. I really don't understand what is the use to replicate complete set of Sparsh on this app and as a result, it has become extremely slow! Most of the times, it keeps on scrolling which is irritating. And most common answer we get is: update your company profile and reinstall app! High time when the team must think to avoid hell lot of junk information on the app!

    one of the worst apps on play store! for sure it is the Slowest app on google. everytime they come with an update, you have to upgrade your Phone also. also most unpredictable, doesnt work when urgently required.

    Good that the app has got newer look. However for Icount pls put a goal copy option because it's very difficult to play in small screen. Almost took 2 hours but still it says keep adding goals and I cannot submit my performance to manager. Pls sort this issue and make it easier.

    The app is crashing continuously. For every page and services, it takes a long time before prompting the message - 'something is wrong. Try again.' it's so frustrating. It has taken 3 days to raise single ahd. Imagine the horrible situation. Pleae fix it. It's important. Edit 1: been two weeks and things have worsen. No idea whom to turn to for help. Edit 2: after lots of head scratching, finally the app is stable. Get Company Portal installed, device verified. Helped in solving the issue.
