Very cute game that helps develop your ability to sight read and recall information quickly. I appreciate that you can toggle between romaji, kana, and kanji in the settings. I have not unlocked all of the categories yet, but it's a nice game to play when you want to review vocab and only have a few minutes to do so. It feels more fun and interactive than just plain old flash cards. Very fun!

Some of the reviews say this game is repetitive or boring, but that's because it's very basic for adults.I don't think that's a bad thing, though. I first got this game as a means of working on my memorization of Japanese, and sure it's repetitive, but it IS effective. What I'm happiest about is that my kids are having a blast with it. For them, the repetitive aspect is fun and they're also learning a new language. It's awesome, really. Highly reccomend this for kids.

I can now say I know how to count from 0 to 10 in Japanese: Rei, ichi, ni, san, yon, go, roku, nana, hachi, kyu, ju. And I just finished the colors lesson. The game makes it easy enough to memorize the words with the lessons in romaji, and the way the game itself is played, so I'd say this is a decent app. And the ads aren't too frequent either

It's a great app. I can practice anywhere, anytime and the best is to know that exists apps of the same creator in other languages, which I'm learning.

Very cool idea for learning. My only problem is that with the quality of the sound clips, I sometimes hear them wrong at first, and only manage to fix my thoughts when I see it in writing later.

This app is great for increasing your vocabulary and identifying Kanji and Kana. Easy to use, recommended for beginners like myself. I do wish there was a faster way to see the difference between romanji, kanji, & kana right from the review screen

Fun, cute, easy to use and I love that I can increase the difficulty and change romaji to hiragana/katakana or Kanji, love this app to increase my vocabulary or to practice what I know :)

only good for basic vocab things it seems, so not an app you can rely on for ALL your learning. otherwise its creative and works great!

I love it. So simple yet so educational. Art design is so simple but beautiful. Wish I will keep playing this game.

This game is perfect for when I don't have time to focus on learning a lesson but I still have some extra time. I think it's a great tool for passive learning.
