worst application... it takes forever to open, and then if i click on something then it shows "we are unable to process". If there was any option for no stars, i would've given you that.. your app is loaded with lots of functionalities that it cannot even handle... I gave my feedback six months back and till date i can't see any improvement in your app😓 This time app not opening only, showing error 605🙄 you guys are degrading day by day

one of the best slow app. if you open anything in indusind app we have to wait longtime. while imobile and sbi cards works perfectly in same network means your app having bug.don't escape by network when your app slow loading

Great application! However, they push promotional notifications such as Mobile top up offers etc into android notifications classifying them as important. This makes it not possible to turn them off since you wouldn't want to miss important account related notifications. It would be great if you can fix this to keep the application more professional.

I had opened zero balance account in July 2021, till date have not received any Welcome kit, debit card. Your bank just gave an account number and virtual debit card which even cannot be used without pin number. So many emails and call to your customer care was just a waste of time. Plus NetBanking is disabled. To activate same. It is asking Debit card details, which also not given by you all. Had very bad banking experience with you and your website and app. Pathetic service.

Lots of issues with app. sometimes fund transfers are repeating automatically. i have experienced 3 times deduction of the same amount for a single transfer. Need to improve your app and services. I am new to Indusind, but very disappointed. staffs are good, supportive and behaving well. But the bank took more than 3 months for a new account opening. Datas in your system are correct but even i can't use the atm and banking services when i open an account for 3 months .

PATHETIC APP!! it is so slow and doesn't even load ANYTHING! I tried reinstalling the app 3-4 times, but this issue keeps coming back! Even when my network is on 4g with high speed and everything else is working, but this app isn't! ....UPDATE- 11 OCT 2021... The app is functioning much better but is still really very slow. There is connectivity issue and servise requests and sometimes UPI payments doesn't get processed. Rating changes from 1* to 3* today

The worst bank app experience, unable to login with my registered mobile or my netbanking username even after all suggested options. The app support is totally unhelpful as they have no idea or inclination to help. They just won't accept the faulty app / login. Waste of time......am planning to cancel my account 😒 6 weeks and still no one seems to bother to rectify my issue of why I am unable to login. Unfortunately I can't give this less than 1 star

No use of updating the app.I am your customer since 2015 and I had a worst experience with app. till now the backend team not working correctly on the app updates. With the new update I've thought it will be sorted out but same thing happen no Improvement. I don't know by when you will get the best user friendly app to customer's. Right now I am uninstalling the app which is of no use.

So far I had nice experience with the app. I mainly use it for transfer of funds. As a loyal customer of your bank since past many years one suggestion I'll ask the developer to enhance is, "Let the customer be allowed to change address & most important allow to increase or decrease limit for beneficiary.

Details of the transaction done are never shown which makes it difficult to recall afterwards and taking screenshot of the payment done is not allowed in your app, which makes it difficult to send the proof of payment to the other party. Kindly look into the matter and work on these flaws.
