App is fast and easy to swipe through to find items. One issue is that it is hard to get back to the main menu if you've been browsing through the suggestions. You have to hit the back button a hundred times to get back to the start. I have an Android phone so not sure if this happens on Apple. Would be nice for the menu to be fixed to the screen at all times so I can navigate more easily.

Made my first order several days ago. It would be easier if you'd have the measurements, heights of models and what sizes they're wearing, though, i used the sizing on the website, got 4 different dresses, and every single one fits me perfectly, and I love them)) very very happy, everything came also very fast! Definitely will order again!!!!

The clothes are reasonable when on sale, which are pretty often. The clothes are really original. The wait list system works very well. I think I've been emailed for almost every size/item that I requested. The only thing that drives me crazy is when you go into your orders, you see style names and numbers, but no pics so you don't know what you're looking at. I also usually don't know when my package is coming until that day. The clothes are special - I guess it overcomes the negatives.

Clothes are extremely over-priced. 30 dollars for a rib-knit tee, 300 dollars for a puffy jacket. Plus, the clothes aren't even interesting. They all look like things you could get from H and M, but for 5 times the price. Seriously. I bought a long sleeve rib-knit tee for 2.50 from H and M, and what looked like the same exact thing was on here for 35.00. The clothes are uninspired and don't even look high-quality.

It won't let me see my orders or anything else in my account. It's a pretty slow-running app too. Plus Mango took 4+ weeks to deliver my order. It actually hasn't even shipped yet, I called and they said it will be shipped in a few days and delivered in a week (let's see if that actually happens). Then I got an email after the call, like most stores do after calling customer service, but no apology or request for feedback or anything. The email basically said 'this is a reminder that some of your items will take 18 business days to be delivered like it said when you added them to your cart'. It literally never said that, I was being very careful about shipping times to make sure I get it well before Christmas, and that email was sent 16 business days after I placed my order anyway. So unless they planned on doing 2 day shipping (which they didn't), it's not getting delivered in 18 business days (4+ weeks). In that amount of time, seasonal clothes could become useless. Terrible app and terrible company.

Terrible User Interface. The app would not my accept password, so I had to check out as a guest. It also would not allow me to use a different billing address and shipping address.

Order history(My orders) section needs to be enhanced. I can't see the images of the items I purchased. There's not an easy way to track my orders. Also please include size measurements and reviews for the items

The App is ok, but it took me a couple of days to finalize my purchase. I would press buy and then it wouldnt take me to the next step to complete my purchase.

Easy to use. Saves wishlist items. I like how I can navigate throughout the app and when I press "back" my filter selections are still available. Should have the option to see also mango outlet.

Recent update broke the app This app worked great until the update. Im unable to look at my orders anymore, I select that section and nothing happens. Please fix this, the app was perfect before!
