LOST 4☆'s - I'm a yearly subscriber for the sole reason of not seeing ads; however, for the last few months, and despite the latest update promising a fix, ads appear whenever a new picture group is released. The ads are so intrusive they block you from getting back into the Cross Stitch app unless you 1) install the advertised game or 2) force close the app because it is now on an infinite loop of continuous ads that regardless of what you do will initiate yet another ad. No response to emails.

EDIT2: Back to 5 stars. Working again and developers were quick to reach out to help. EDIT: After latest update game crashes after opening. Very disappointing. Really enjoying this relaxing, beautiful game. After trying several similar games this one's controls and layout are my favorite.

Decent enough zen game, not too bad for ads. However, I didn't use it for a while and it erased my gallery and all the images I'd already purchased with coins. Pretty lame.

It is very fun but I don't like that the wrong color can go in the wrong box so u have to erase it. It should just not do anything so you can fill the picture faster

You used to get coins for completing one of them. Now you literally only get coins for watching ads. You can't even complete all of the free ones and be able to afford getting anything new. So unless you watch and add you literally can't progress past about 6 different options. I'm very disappointed in where this game has gone. I am uninstalling and will find an alternative.

This game is so relaxing being a short tempered this helps me a lot. Anytime if I am angry I play this game to relax myself.

Took my rating down to 4 stars because there is not enough opportunity to earn coins. You used to be able to share your finished pieces for an extra 100, and it seemed like there were more options for a 60 coin ad. Now I have to redo pieces I've done before so I can get enough coins for a new folder. Still love the app though!

1st I love this game and play it daily BUT The adds are ridiculous now I have togo through a min add every 30 seconds to be able to get the blocks from behind the add pop up! The game sometimes freezes. I loved this game and reinstalled it to find there are more bugs and is more time consuming from the adds. That buy no means is appealing for me to pay $10 a month for this game. If you'd like customers to pay a premium for a mediocre game I would reconsider the product offered.

I'm guessing after an update, some of the ads are now a black screen that won't go away and can't be exited out of. Edit 8/11: this is still happening and now I have to complete exit and end the app because it will lock out on a black screen.

Addicted!! I absolutely love this app! I just wish the developers would make it so it automatically goes to the next color? That would be awesome. And why is there not a settings in the main menu? Thank you for considering these two things.
