Camera was a little bit of a pain to get started in the beginning but after a little bit of troubleshooting, it worked fine. That was until my Free Trial expired. After that, days worth of footage was gone permanently. Footage that likely had who vandalized my car. So after that happened, I got the actual subscription. 30 bucks a year. Annoying but fine. Anything to get that footage. It still wasn't available. Don't recommend. Just spend more money on a higher quality system.

I am rating this two stars because it is better than the game camera we were using, and because the video quality is good. Beyond that, we are having problems. Motion detection is erratic. It may pick up the bird landing on the camera, but completely miss the car coming in the driveway. The camera has a good range; motion detection does not. We also seem to have no control over video clip length. Clips range from 4 - 13 seconds, regardless of the settings. No documentation. Poor service.

Was working great until the subscription trial expired. Once that happened, the reliability of the motion detection went down significantly. Also, they don't let you mass delete clips on local recordings; only cloud. Seems like a petty limitation to add. Not sure why the motion detection was so much better with the cloud. Wouldn't have bought them if I knew that was going to happen.

Had this camera for almost a year and it was okay (isn't the most reliable)until they took out the recording feature. They want us to upgrade for a new plan. They should have revised it to where you can only keep so many saved videos. Some of us are recovering from financial loss due to Covid and adding on a other subscription isn't ideal for many of us. Also, if the app was a little more reliable, maybe it'd be worth charging for.

I wish i would have done a little better research and read the reviews before i purchased this. I am having the same issues as most the other users. I am trying to change the settings to see if i can get the live view to work but it won't even let me do that. A couple cameras i can get live view a couple I can't. Guarantee its not my internet or router because both are extremely good but i tested them anyway and they were fine. Kinda scared for when my free trial ends

Does not stay connected to my wifi. I am constantly trying to reconnect it. I love it when it works, but it hardly ever works!! I do all the troubleshooting, and I haven't been connected for almost a week now, and can't get it to connect, while its trying to connect the light turns red, And I have to start the whole process over again! Very frustrating. I bought two more before I started having these issues because I loved it so much, and honestly don't want to put them up.

I set clips for 1 minute long, so would be nice if there was a time lapse playback option so I don't have to keep watching the whole clip back to make sure I don't miss anything, so could just watch 1 minute clips in a few seconds. Also needs a more accurate battery notification, needs to give more notice, at moment it just let's you know when battery has gone and you can't use the camera until get new pair.

It worked not as good as we expected when we first bought it but we liked it enough to keep it but after the subscription ended we didn't realize it would be so useless so we bought the 30 dollar yearly plan but now it didn't give us our plan and the app signed us out and our password won't work on it anymore and it doesn't even let us use the forgot password option just tells us a "you can't do this right now" screen and we can't get back in our account

DO NOT BUY THESE. Started off disappointed with the way the system is setup, only allowing short clips to be recorded and nothing like an actual security system that would record 24/7, save, and then overwrite the recordings. But I continued to use it. About a year later Amazon decides that they're going to charge a subscription fee to use the most basic features of the system. It will no longer record anything, not even to your phone storage. Greedy company. Trash.

2 fails in 2 months Works well and having lots of fun watching wildlife in the garden. One of the security cams got repurposed as a wildlife cam. But it's not reliable, sync module has gone offline twice, live view has failed a few times. First time sync module failed a reboot fixed it. That hasn't worked second time, I've had to contact support. Let's see how long it takes to get a fix.
