I'm not able to register in this app. It is very disappointing even after several attempts. This is a failure and I'm not able to proceed further for my claims on my dental expenses from Europe. OTPs are not being received.

Useless App. What exactly is the benifit of this App. Can't Download any Claim Files as the App just hangs up and Close. Need to incorporate Claim Filling option in Form and Able to submit and then send Physical Copies to Hyderabad. So many time Hyderabad office denies of receiving bills and there is no way to counter their claim.

App not working when I tried to book lab test or order medicine or book consultation. It shows error. Icici should work on apps properly before getting in market. I dont expect this kind of service from a bank. Very much disappointed.

This is very worst health insurance, I request to don't choose this one. Recently I have applied for reimbursement of my hospitalized, for that they have processed everything and I got a status update like it's Approved & Paid, but the same the amount was not credited to my account. For that now I am fighting with them more than 15days now. I don't know to whom that money is going simply by using our name in insurance

I hate it when it ask me to connect to my Google account every time I open this app. I don't want to give you my Google fit access. I think I should uninstall it now for the irritating UX. Just keeping this installed for only a few days until I get my insurance linked to my account by my employer. After that I would happily uninstall it.

Worst. I have asked to update the motor policy details both from Showroom and calling customer support as well, still the policy copy in the app shows old name. In the first place, too many errors in the name which is not expected. Atleast with Ergo they can update details in one call. Now I called 4 times and half of the time the server is down. Finally when everything is working they told they cannot change because I have not paid. Very bad experience

I had renewal my policy on 9/11/2021 and make payment online but unfortunately they not re issued my policy not give a answer of my call & mail even not refund my amount customer support is totally zero everytime I called they said me your policy get in 48 hours but last 15 days pass away but i didn't get my policy so i request to u all don't renewal insurance with icici lombard they are such a fake no one give answer and after u lose your money
