The complaints are not properly redressed. One cannot remind before one month even if it is urgent. Mostly complaints disposed of by babu on table, without sympathic attitude towards complainant. Rather the complainant seems to be treated like enemy. Responsibilities are thrown off from one department to another. Needs revamping and the monitoring officer should be made responsible and accountable for immproper disposals. Random sample checking of disposal should be carried out by the CM, Dy CMs

After maintenance the site is not working properly, it became very slow in the initial few, post maintenance days..and now it is not opening at all. Every time we try to log in it show wrong user id or password. Even tried getting a new password through both the available means ie email and registered phone number but did not get the OTP

I am using this app for uploading investigations report in which if i Click photos through mobile IGRS app while uploading the report photos becomes too blur weather you are using a good quality camera phone . if there might be an option to synchronise clicked reports automatically comes under 500 KB and clear photos . Then this app will be more usefull for us for uploading reports through this app. Otherwise we have to use computer system for uploading Reoprts.

Unable to login into my account through this app after the site went through maintenence. When I give my login credentials its saying-- slow internet. Its very hard for me to solve all igrs complains. My login details is -- ID-- moicramna, Office--CHC Ramnagar, Jaunpur, Dr Alok Kumar Singh, Medical Superintendent.
