Ok app but with some annoying quirks. The most annoying is the constant changing of the zoom level on charts. If you enter a chart with few candles, the chart automatically zooms in to fill the screen even if it's only one huge wide candle. Around 50% of the time that will become the new default zoom level when you enter a different chart, so constantly have to keep readjusting it to a sensible level. Would be very happy if this was fixed.

Bad timing to prompt me for a review! can't see any data at all. I guess there is a total outage. Not what you want from a trading app. EDIT: the data came back a few hours later. Support came back to me a few hours after that. Not a great experience! No app is perfect but when only suggestion is check you network, or re-install the app (i.e. it's you, not us), you start to lose trust.

Good platform. The only issue I have experienced is that although my phone settings and app settings allow notifications but I never get any price alert notifications. RajD01 Further to my note above, and Arvin's reply - plese note that I had selected all the settings, as suggested by Arvin but still no joy. Finally I uninstalled and re installed the app and have tried the alert and it appears to be working now in my mobile. RajD01

Awful customer service. They messed me around for weeks after blocking my account. They were negligent, not telling me the impact of making a change on my account. After that they refused to unblock the account despite me supplying all necessary paperwork. In fact, every time I supplied one document they would request another out of the blue. Be clear with customers; and outline all steps to unblock an account so it doesn't look like you're making it up as you go along. Respect your customers.

Not a fan of the account information being moved to the top in the new version. 1) when looking at new information it's not intuitive to start somewhat down the screen, should start at top (this includes with minimised account info) 2) Many people use phablets, and now I can't reach the expand/minimise account info with one hand without re-adjusting my grip and changing back, or need to use two hands. Just awkward.

Good trading platform. A wide range of stock to choose from and an easy to use interface. However, IG provide absolutely awful customer service. When emailing/live chat, they either do not respond to requests and/or when they do respond, they do not answer your question and are always keen to close the chat ASAP. I've lost actual thousands due to their incompetence, slow response times and unprofessional alterations/changes to existing services. Avoid if you can.

I use IG ISA trading account and it is very simple to use. Platform is good, but support is awful. Almost impossible to get new equities added as they don't seen to use the ticker code like other providers. Even simple transfers from other brokers to IG is such hard work. Platform is good as long as you don't need additional equities added, transfers, etc. Other platforms are better for this, IGs advantage is the ISA is flexible which not many others provide

I'm very happy with the app now, as i fixed the price alerts audible issue myself after performing lots of tests and diagnostics 😁 I wasn't able to speak to anyone in the development team but by all means don't hesitate to contact me for the solution!

The UI looks great and modern. My BIGEST issue and everyone should be alarm is the CLOSING ISSUE. This is a deal breaker for me. This app is about money talks and it should be reliable. After quick google search seems like this happens since early 2020 and still hasn't been fix yet!

This app is abysmal. Navigating the charts is a horrible experience, can't get drawings or indicators to show. Open positions not showing up. Can't close positions. Terrible app. I can't stress enough how bad this is.
