I can never login, always says "Technische storing (B00017)". Logging in to the website also never works. edit: OK, I reinstalled it (for the third time) and it works again. I don't want to have to keep doing this though.

App does not work. You can see your POS transactions, but you cannot pay on the internet. You can approve a teansaction on th app, but that us where the process finishes and you can not complete the transaction. Have contacted support over this problem, but their suggestions just dont help.

Easy and friendly app, unfortunately, even when 'fingerprint" is activated in 'instellingen', and "fingerprint authentication successful" is shown briefly, the pin entry screen come up and the pin is required to continue.A very minor problem....Android 11 MIUI 12.5

They want your photo now. Even if you already submitted your ID. Severe infringement of your privacy. Absolutely ridiculous. Service as a whole isn't to good either.

Great app and easy use.

I've had the app for months but the login stopped working. It kept giving me an error code saying it can't connect to the server. So I removed my account and reinstalled it but it still won't work. From other reviews, I gather that these problems can be caused by being out of the country, which is absurd. Other reviews mention that the phone's time and date must be set to automatic, which mine are. So that can't be the problem. It simply won't work.

Awful. The app FREQUENTLY is unable to login due to an unexplained error. In some cases it lasts 15 minutes. In some cases it lasts for 2 days. In any case, I have NEVER had so much trouble logging into an app that's the end goal is to spend money. Find a different card provider. Find a different app. Do not rely on this bottom of the barrel service.

The app is very basic and a bit slow. I would like to see ICScards focusing a bit more on the development of the app, as most of us use mobile devices nowadays. I would suggest on focusing on adding fingerprint support, improve the speed of loading the content of the app, and adding realtime transaction history as provided by other creditcard issuers, like seeing instantly when you buy something online, or the transaction has been cancelled or refunded. Also the interface should be improved.

Cant register. Constant error "due to technical difficulties cannot connect to server, try again later". Tried everything, settings with time and date are correct, postal code is NL and filled correctly, tried re-installing it a few times. Nothing works. Can you PLEASE fix this so me and everyone who is experiencing this can properly use the app.
