I found out a ptz camera is cheaper and has more functions. All 3 of my icam + says no sd card. I have 128 gb cards in each. Wants you to pay for a cloud service. The solar work terribly. I had to order long charging cords and plug them in. And i live in the desert. Lots of sun. First i ordered larger capacity batteries. Little help. I strongly suggest the ptz cameras. About 45.00 do not get solar. Plug in type works awesome. Covers lots more area.

It may be the SD cards I'm using but I can't get it to record when there is motion in front of the camera. I've ordered some new class 10 cards and hopefully that will solve my problem but it's it would be nice if the system could tell me that that was the problem

Subject to change since I've only had this set up a couple of days. It would be nice if the app could be logged in on 2 or more devices at once. Currently logs one out when another is logged in. Would also be nice to be able to download videos without having to pull the SD card. For now I use a screen recorder app with audio recording. It's difficult, but it works.

Yeah it's I'm having a pretty good feedback on that one I've been getting a clear picture and it stays focused and she doesn't go out too much so the signal is pretty strong but I can't my camera though I got to use my battery because I got to use my extension cords cuz I don't have the money for the battery just yet okay send it off bye.. yeah I just wish that the company would have told me that the camcorder or the Savannah camera did not have batteries in it we and we had a hard time setting

Two cameras uploaded new firmware only one took the firmware, the other no longer works. Cloud only stores ten seconds of video. If you bought a camera that uses this return it before your time is up and get something better.

Terrible. I can't use the app at all because it won't bring my camera up. It's not my phone either. My room mate can't get it to work either. This app is useless.

The camera doesn't stay connected to my cellphone. And it doesn't try to reconnect. Reconnecting is difficult.

No support. Camers won't read SD cards. App keeps dropping the camers. No Firmware updates.
