Warning: using phone's back button results in complete loss of order every time. Lost track how many times I started over. We used the $5.99 deal. The app will not tell you what you are picking will cost more. It did say grilled chicken MAY have additional charge, but not if it actually charged more and how much. All the other times no warning, not even at checkout. We had to go thru each item. Even trial and error; deleting and re-adding. Original total: over $10 what it should have been.

Created account and went to log in just to be told my password wasn't complex enough. It aligned perfectly with what the Create Account page said and now it's flipping on me for no reason. If it's already this annoying, I'm not even gonna bother continuing with this app.

Easy enough i signed in, autofill doesnt work. Cool. Ok no big deal. Verified my email, my password is wrong, even though its right and up to code. Cool ok fine. Sign in again and given no help on what im doing wrong. My 13th reason. I would not use if you are like me and is having a really bad day. This pissed me off.

Updated: app works great now. They have added more things to their menu to include specialty pizzas. The app was slow but they have fixed some of the bugs in it I guess. Secondly, I wish they had pizza subs on specials occasionally as those are my favorite, however the pizza is pretty good too. The app also tracks your order as well as allows you to add a tip though I prefer to tip in cash so the driver that brought it out gets the money directly. Anyone that works for tips understands this. 😉

I love the pizza but the app is not the best If you hit the back button or open your milti window on your phone the app goes blank and restarts i actually tried for 30 minutes to order last night and it kept kicking me off half way through the order. I finally managed to get it to work the next day by being very quick and rushing the order so the app didnt crash. I have not had any issues ordering online untill just recently in the last month .

I have always had great service from Hungry Howies. The app is great and they are quick to respond if there is an issue. Great location. My only pizza delivery place. Thanks For always making things great for us.

After logging in and placing items in my cart, I should be able to press the Android back button without it closing the app and deleting my cart. I had to make out my order 3 time before I finally trained myself to use the built in back arrow.

Great app but my pizza was disappointing! I asked for double mozzarella cheese and there were a lot of areas that didn't have ANY cheese at all! When you pay for extra cheese, you should get it. This is our first time trying Howies and not sure we will go back. The menu also shows a carrier for the 4 pack of drinks...no such luck, I had to try to juggle those along with my pizza to the car. A drink carrier would be great guys!

Simple app, easy to order but I've had trouble with it logging my orders and I've missed out on a couple free pizza (rewards) because of it. But all in all a good app for easy, quick ordering.

Accidentally go back and not use the back button on the app? Lose your whole order and have to start all over again. Finally ready to pay? Can't autofill card info so... Spend MORE time before FINALLY being able to place an order.
