Confirmation of order takes too long. Delivery takes longer. Had to wait for an hour and a half for a plate of chow. Better eat a banana. Maybe not the best option when you're hungry but great if you have no life and can wait for an eternity for some junk food. And can you guys please own up to the late delivery instead of blaming it on the traffic and the costumers for ordering late? Okay cool. Sorry costumer lost.

Although I have always liked ordering from here, the service will be better if the delivery time can be incresed. Understood that it takes some time to prepare the food but your delivery takes more than usual expected time. Sometimes 2 hours which is not acceptable. Kindly improve the delivery timing so that it becomes the best service.

The service is horible. I mean what type of customer service does not pick up a customer's call. I paid in prepaid that too in advance so that they would deliver in the exact time I had told them to deliver. Ordered in 2:30 pm to deliver it on 5:00pm but even after that they didn't contact us and even didn't even pick up the phone no matter how much I and my brother called. And for the refund part too, they told us they will call back.

service is good.. but sometimes the delivery person charges extra money inspite of the delivery charges being already added to the bill. Recently the online payment option seems to be not working.. and today the app itself is crashing whenever i want to look at the menus. Please improve the app for better user experience.

On earth the most slowest delivery service ever. No one waits for food that much. If it isn't available at that time just make a better app where it shows where the food is . Follow Swiggy or Zomato Apps. Making free delivery won't attract much customers and yet you lose a regular customer.
