Was good for 3 weeks then all of a sudden I can't get in. It's say invalid email???? Says I've changed my email??? No true. Have uninstalled and tried logging but no!! Although I get sent TO MY ORIGINAL EMAIL the code to change my password. This is so frustrating.

I forgot my password. Everytime you press the reset password button it sends an email, you need to leave the app to read the email code to reset, but clicking back into the app automatically refreshes it. Write down your password somewhere because once you forget it it's physically impossible to reset without access to a second device.

Does not do all it says it does. Dangerous capacity to double book - 1 person on multiple shifts at same time. Shifts can be cancelled without notice - if not for the 'notifications' log you'd think you had imagined accepting a shift

I'm having trouble changing language from Chinese to English. it was OK for the first two week now I'm constantly getting Chinese language when I'm signing in the app to check my roster. it so frustrating...
