We've been roughly satisfied with the recommendations/advice from the premium service. However, I've generally been disappointed in the build quality of the app. Latest update completely destroys/loses sleep timers, repeatedly. We've lost sleep data multiple times at this point. Extremely disappointed in the quality of of such a key component of the app.

The recent changes that disabled viewing the average wake windows is unacceptable. Disabling SweetSpot I understand, but wake windows are based on data I capture. The icing on the cake is that the data that has been painstakingly entered cannot be exported, so I am stuck. Don't be lured in by the cute UX and intuitive design. The app is a bait and switch for the overpriced service, designed to take advantage of sleep deprived parents. Apps like Baby Tracker offer the same functionality.

Love the app but it's glitchy. Sometimes I even have to completely restart the phone and sometimes that doesn't even work. Also a huge battery drain, while running the timers, even with the app closed. Definitely happy I haven't paid for the "plus" version of an app that my favorite features only work half the time.

I have used the app for a year&loved it. Suddenly were some changes&they switched things around, it's very confusing now&I much prefer it the way it was before. Specifically, they flipped how the numbers would show, ie: it used to show length of nap, then next how long ago it was taken. Now it's opposite. I don't understand the reason for the switch, it's very confusing now. Also, there used to be one category for feeding, now solids is on its own&you have to search for your food. Time consuming!

Last update screwed up list of feedings. In the section for Sunday sep 25th it lists feedings from Sun sep 19th. The list also used to start at 12am, e.g. a feeding at 1:00 am on 9/4 would show in the section for 9/4. It now lists them in the section for 9/3 to match the 7am day/night setting. I prefer the 12am start. Also can no longer switch graphs to 14d or 30d. It just switches automatically back to 7d. Also now experiencing very long delays between entering a feeding and it showing on list

We absolutely love this app. The UI/UX is so simple and easy to use, it doesn't push ads or for you to upgrade, we love how inputting/editing information is so easy and how we can go to list view or summary to see all of the data in one. We can't get enough of this gem! Thank you for this app to make parents lives easier!

This helped me and my wife keep track of diapers, feeds, naps and medicine for our baby. Keeping a record of actions enables either parent to step in or remind their partner of the wake window closing or feeding time, etc. It's user friendly and made handling a newborn a bit easier.

LOVING the new solids option (it's own separate category with a place to write separate amounts of each item and not having to do my own math for it lol). Also I like that you can write their reaction to it and add a photo. I've been using this app since my daughter was about a week old and I love that I can keep track of things easier. I have a lot of people say that its unnecessary, but I find it gives me more piece of mind. Thank you!!!

  9. Bethany Hörnfeldt-avatar

This app is extraordinarily helpful especially when baby has health issues. Being able to keep track of feedings, diaper changes, sleep, medicine given etc is fantastic and has been helpful when attending doctor's appointments with the little one. The reason for 3 stars is because activities from last week have been added to this week and the list is jumbled even weeks back, making the use of this app nearly pointless for me. It says 4 feeds today vs the 8 I actually did for example. Strange :(

Since the update, solid food is in its own category. Which is fine, but rather than quickly typing in the food or daughter ate. We have to pretend we're at a self check out trying to search each type of food she eats. And if you can't find, which is more often than not, you get to make a custom food. What to 2 mins now take 10 mins and headache. Take it back or give us the option to type it in. The app is great am works smoothly besides this. Hopefully you're not planning on changing the rest.
