I love the convenience of being able to monitor my baby through my phone, and am also enjoying the feeding tracker that's part of the app. The only reason for the 4 star rating is because the app loses connection to the Wi-Fi and has to be reconnected. It does reconnect fairly quickly.

App loads slowly, and crashes very frequently,. I uninstalled/reinstalled with no resolution. It's also laughable that they think people should pay a monthly fee for the services that are supposed to come with the monitor, especially when half of the data is incorrect but I got a paid plan anyway and the app won't even let me enable cloud recording so video diary works, or smart zone so it's absolutely useless and I had to have a chat with someone to cancel it. I'm extremely disappointed.

This app is poor, I would not recommend this to anyone. I use it connected to camera in nursery & I keep getting connection error. I've no issues with my WiFi.

Been using basic features which work well. Only issue I've found is that the live stream screen zooms to the top left corner. Zooming works as expected in the iPhone app.

App is totally broken in the last update. The mini window opens whenever I open my keyboard, no matter what app I'm in. Also, there's no sound anymore. For both mine and my wife's phones. What good is a baby monitor app that doesn't have sound. I paid a lot of money for two cameras. Sort it out!

It's a great bit of kit, however it would be good if you could set a specific "do not disturb" window that stays in place every day rather than having to enable it for X number of hours each day manually. Every time a truck goes past it tends to detect sound during the day. Otherwise, no major issues.

Service has now been down for three and a half hours. Error code 5 when trying to connect my cameras after returning from vacation. Last week we couldn't access our cameras when our ISP had an outage. This just helped me decide to go find some other camera solution that doesn't rely on internet connectivity to monitor my children. We should be able to view devices that are on our LAN from within the local network and not require server connectivity. Works well when everything is working...

I'll give it two stars because it works from time to time. The app frequently freezes and you need to shut it down and restart it completely. I have fiber internet with consistent 920mbps down and 37 up with an Orbi 6 4000sqft mesh network in my 2000sqft home. I should not have issues but I do. Video lags and disconnects way too often and the Bluetooth range on the included monitor is absimal making a wifi connection necessary.

Terrible. Constant connection issues (and no my Internet and router are fine, and it's not transmitting through 18ft thick walls). Playlists are useless, I would use Google home or Alexa instead. Oh and no for the 100th time I don't want to sign up to a payment system. I spent over £200 on the device I don't want to spend money monthly for a connection that's intermittent
