Have had this camera for about 5 months now. Set up was complicated since nothing wanted to connect and it took a couple of hours to actually get it going. I had hoped that would be the worst of it, but it's not. I get the "something went wrong!" notification more than I get it working. Though it's frustrating even at home, I still have the monitor, but it's HIGHLY frustrating when I'm at work or something and have this gut feeling that I need to check on the baby.

I've been using the app for 5 months. I have Lux65Connect 2. One of the cameras is now reseting every time it is disconnected from the power. When reconnected, it works fine on the Monitor but looks offline on the app. I Have to re-add the camera as if it's a new one. I tried resetting the Monitor and the camera, nothing worked. The second camera is still working fine.

I have been using this app for almost 18 months. Everything has worked great for the most part. In the last week or 2, the app keeps randomly disconnecting and shutting down without any notification. Now I wake up in the night and I have no video into my kids rooms until I restart the app. When it is working, it works great however.

So frustrating! When it works, the sound and video quality is fabulous. However, my home wifi is not 100% reliable, and the app often disconnects temporarily because of it. This is perhaps not the company's fault, but the tiny multitasking window doesn't offer any indication that you've been disconnected, rendering it totally unreliable. I have also just reinstalled the app on my phone because the audio stopped working--fortunately that solved the issue, but it was yet another problem I've had.

Terrible connection, difficult app to use. It says the camera is connected good, but the app will not connect to the camera. It sends me pictures when it detects movement/or sound of the room. Still can't just see the video feed. Same problem on my wife's phone. Good thing I didn't spend money on this app. Guess we are just using the monitor that it came with.

I love this camera. I can see what time it is, the temperature, move it side to side or up and down press a button and talk through it when my kids are not behaving, and now with the app you can play music through it right off your phone. I have montior screen on my night stand but when i am moving around during the day i can see my kids room from my phone. It is so amazing and makes watching my kids so easy. ❤😍💕💗💜

After having the app for many months more issues have become apparent. The app frequently disconnects from the camera and logs me out. I believe it should be better from such a reputable company known for quality tech. The only reason we are still using it is that we could not find another decent monitor that was online capable and had a parent unit

This app started off well, but the connection is horrendous. Have confirmed stable high speed WiFi and ensured the camera is on several times, for it to be frequently frozen or showing as offline. Quite irritating given the price paid for the monitor!
