As a 62 year old technology dinosaur, i find the app very easy and convenient to use. I particularly like the section for booking COVID vaccinations. Just enter your postcode if you want a different location from your current one and a whole list appears. I managed to book one for my daughter who had heard nothing for over 2 months after registering with the QLD Gvt despite being in category 1b! Great that i can book appointments for my daughter who is Autistic and becomes very anxious on the phone.

I use this service but I usually book telehealth appointments and in the types of appointments to choose from, telehealth does not appear. I write it in the "reason for appointment" but no-one seems to see that. I missed an appointment at first because no-one rang me. Now, even tho I book online, I still have to call or email the surgery to tell them its a phone appointment. Surely in this age of covid, telehealth appointments are common enough to be listed as an option. This is not a time saver for me as I still have to contact the surgery dorect

Time saving and very convenient. I see my Doctor every two weeks and book my next appointment while I am sitting waiting to see him. So much better than ringing the clinic or speaking to staff while there, as I can see all the times available and choose one to suit me.

Ok to book appointments but I have completed the required forms for new patientsultiple times and submitted successfully but everytime I go back into the app it says forms are yet to be completed and I get the unhelpful reminder notifications to complete before the appointment ... useless

This seems to do what it claims and I found it easy to book in for a medical appointment and it sends a reminder when it's due and can go to Callender and shows onscreen that your appointment is now on.

Could be 5 stars but didn't work for my covid vaccination. I showed up for my appointment only to find out I wasn't in the system. Disappointing and as I was waiting nearly 3 weeks for this appointment.
