Great app, The UI of the app is not complex. It is easy to navigate to any section of the app. The main information is visible on the dashboard which is very useful as user is able to view all his investments in one go on hotbit. Overall it's a 5 star app but giving it 4 star as I am not able to add my mutual funds investments which are not linked to email. There should be an option to manually add your mutual fund investments. Otherwise this is the number one financial services given by the app

Hi all,. At the moment all good with me using this app. But I see some comments that some of you are having problems to login. I use to have the same issue with other apps. So I recommend you to anable your Google authenticator and add your phone number. If you what to activate your Google authenticator again ,then you need to scan o enter manually your security key. Of course you have to delete the previous which is not in use anymore..I hope my comment will help you.

I would only give 0-1 star. The system is not a less fortunate friendly. The minimum to buy or sell is very high, also the minimum withdrawal. You should consider other people who are not financially blessed. Also the system is having some error. I always have issues with coin listing on hotbit. They don't allow you to have access to chart immediately to know the movement of the token and also place your sales order, before you could see the chart the token must have retraced already. Thereby loosing my investment countless time. Please one should be able to see the chart immediately trade stated.

I was a little sceptical after reading some of the reviews but my experience has been really good. I needed a little advice from the help desk and they responded quickly with three separate replies. Some really neet investment products and simple to use. The thing that caught me out was finding the balance for your investments, it not shown as a balance on from page of wallet. You have to hit 'bottom' investment button then find 'asset' button top right and then you see you balance. Sorted 👍

Really great platform. Only thing is that I have been burned by changes that you can only find out about in the announcement section on the app or website. They don't notify you or message you if you are impacted.

Really loving the incentive plans they have for my favorite crypto. I would love to see dark mode & other colors options for the background be added in. Another huge improvement I would love to see happen is having another option for announcements to be listed in the funds category for the coin you have invested in making it easy to keep up to date on that certain coin & not have to worry about other coin news bunch in together. Fingers crossed.

I found every new coins who have potential for better returns. Very good app. Lots of coins, easy nice ui. Good volumes. Useful bridge to matic and more. I'm happy. Just one thing, the longs and shorts are horrible. I do have experience, and this options are so wrong (after 20% up in base coin the option moved 5%. Happens a lot and really, don't touch the futures/options. Also, answer I received were not convincing. All the rest is great, especially the withdrawals, are not expensive so much.

Am giving 5 Star because I have always enjoyed using HOTBIT. What am facing right now is something I never imagined from hotbit. After the last update, I can't make withdrawals and perform certain transactions as I always get Google Auth Failed. Please work on it please. Both website and app is saying the same thing.

I would love to give Hotbit a higher rating but I have only been able to make one withdrawal out of a total of three different attempts. Yes I have contacted customer service but I am still having the same issue. Also TRU was listed on coinmarkcap to be on Hot Bit and it has the same ticker symbol on hotbit TRU, and TRU was around the same price. So HotBit demands $700 worth of ethereum which is .2 ethereum to get back my $200 worth of coins. Would love to edit review if Hotbit fix issues.
