Useless company. Bought their SIM card. Loaded with data. But the SIM doesn't even appear on my phone. Every other SIM card tried to ensure it's the phone that has issues... Works!

I can't use my credit if I do one time top-up and trying to change my tarrif. Only for basic tarrif. Could you please fix it. Earlier it was possible.

The app is good, simple and not too much extra stuff. Only complain I have is that roaming never works, if you're lucky it will for 5 minutes per day, just to receive some late messages. DO NOT TRUST HoT when you travel, because you might miss a flight or srh worse if you depend on a uber or need internet, because it just won't work. Using HoT feels like going back 12 years in time...

15 EUR per MB roaming for Schweiz (zone 2) is unbelievable and switched on by default in the app . Be careful in region Bodensee as roaming is needed for Germany!!! Good this is prepaid, I have not had automatic recharge and total balance of 9 EUR for 0.6 mb was zeroed out without me using phone in Switzerland..

Low quality for high price. Changing plans is very stupid ( made by greedy idiots ). For 5 months being customer I have never been satisfied. Don't buy that!!!
