Can i make a suggestion... can you add a feature to delete cars from your garage I'm currently unable to delete one because the car is no longer available that is missing an action gone forever so I know you can scan it into another garage but it's able to so what do I do other than that five stars all the way great game

I wish they would make available some of the older cars in the daily deals for most of us who have missed some. And I don't understand what the point is of reaching certain goals on each of the cars? It doesn't make they faster or better for the game, so what is the point of doing that with each one? I'm just trying to understand. And they need to add newer tracks and more levels to the regular track section. They haven't updated those in like a year.

Still get codes errors and have to reinstall. Content is better with rules and wheel opportunities. Need to be able to find cars quicker without having to go thru all of them. Add search window, please.

After 2 years of playing almost daily, I get the error code 7. I can no longer log in to my account. My Email is no longer recognized, resetting my password says invalid credentials. Hotwheels completely ruined this game, broken game, broken website, wasted time, and hundreds of dollars on incompetent products and programming. Good way to alienate your customers.

I had error code 7 pop up and I called there customer support and they fixed it within 24 hours. Great game!

This game is OK. I installed it for my 7 year old when we found an iD Chase Card. My kid loved it and still does. I have a lot of criticisms: First: it's a really heavy app. Takes very long to load. Second: All data is saved locally and you cannot back up your account. Want to play on multiple devices? Sure, but you have to start a new account. This is crazy to me, especially considering that there are in-game purchases. I didn't look too into it, maybe you can restore those purchases? But I haven't bought anything in-game. Third: Purchasing cars with your in-game currency takes forever. You can only buy a car 5 at a time, and each time goes through a confirmation process and purchase animation, all taking 5 seconds. If you want to do this over 20 times to max out a car, it's tedious and a waste of time. Fourth: There are only 3 or 4 types of tracks that you cycle through. Gets pretty repetitive, my kid hasn't noticed yet. Fifth and my biggest gripe: This might be a local issue, but to fully access the game, you also need a Smart Track. In Canada, these aren't available/sold out. On Amazon, they're $400 from vendors, when it should be $137. That retail price is already steep, but I'd spend it since my kid enjoys the game so much. Not spending 4 large bills though. Overall, not a terrible app, but at the same time, pretty terrible.

UPDATE: 8/2/2021 of you are receiving the error 7 code, you need to uninstall and reinstall. DO NOT delete data. If you did not create an account while playing, you will lose your cars and have to start over. Make sure to create an account to save progress. This was a cool game until you took the id chips away from previous races. Almost like you're forcing people to put money into the game to buy the id chips.
