Worst service. Ordered a food and waited more than 30 min, representative from hopstick called and intimated food is not available in restaurant. But after 20 min call received from restaurant that we r waiting for the delivery executive to deliver the food. Worst fellows, why behaving like this. We the customers ordering since we are not feel well but these fellows were playing in our money and making tense.

The app was made with love. It shows. One of the best app designs in recent times. The UI is a 5/5 but the UX not so much. Onboarding isn't smooth, I installed the app through a Facebook ad so I most definitely do not want to turn the Bluetooth on when I click on the cta button on one of the intro slides because I'm not at any restaurant atm. The registration also throws an Api error for the first time, everytime. Will report back on usability after a few days of usage.

Wonderful app Two pointers for improvement.. 1. The small icons on top are a tad bit confusing, maybe make it so that it shows what the icons are when you long press.. 2. Please add a dark mode.. My phone is dark mode the entire system, but the app shows up bright and white
