My order is delayed and l got a message on my phone that it has been delivered. Moreover when l call for executive help, one number says it doesn't exist and the other says "all our personnel are busy". It's really pathetic. Customer service is zero!

1. Product quality was too poor. 2. Delivery person didn't even call before delivery, and he took the product with him. 3. And to get the refund, I had to wait for almost a month and after so many calls and discussions and emails. 4. This application shows the good pictures only but the quality is way bad. 5. Not recommended at all.

To me it's the best one in kids section. There r few things that can make this app flawless like stock shows in the product display but it shows out of stock when added to cart. But their customer service is awesome. I raised complaints for order pick or delivery and there was definitely and assurance call about my query. Most of all thr products are awesome, the quality and the fashion too.

Nowadays hopscotch service is not good. I have been trying to reach through their mail and contact us option in the app. But haven't received a response yet. I placed an order on 13th September. The arrival date was shown as 29th Sept. The processing has not yet started. Yesterday, I got a message that it will be delayed. I have ordered this for my daughter's birthday so it's important for me to get it on time. If they can't deliver they should give a proper response to when they can deliver.

Worst place to shop. We returned 2 items worth 1600 and they dint refund the amount. Also we called and complained many times and they are blaming us. It was completely their fault and they are not returning the amount. We also shared the contact number of the pickup agent but to no use.

Hopscotch was the best but now a days the offers they post and when you try to buy it and apply the coupon code it becomes invalid. It has become worst now. I used to recommend hopscotch to all my family and friends but no more.

I am really had bad experience. Still i don't receive my package from ur courier service .please change your service. I don't get any call from courier service but myself got msg like i am un avaliable so my product is undelivered. They don't even contact my number or give sms.. I ordered dress in cod but i don't want any more dress from you.. Bad experience for me I Don't gonna get any product from your site

I just don't want to give even that onestar, I was disappointed like any thing,I have ordered for my son who is 1year old so that I selected 1 to 1.5 yrs, they literally send me 2 to 3 years dress...and the dress was not same even in the pattern tooo very disappointed

I use to love this app.. but when last time I opened it to order stuff for my daughter, it showed the user is blocked. On asking,they mentioned if you return some amount of things u order then u will be blocked.. I was surprised.. after giving sooooo much of business in last 6 years. They blocked their customer coz of genuine returns. This is soooo shocking.. I myself suggested soooo many new mom's about this app. But I think it's not ever worth it. Ppl pls start valuing your customers.

Pathetic customer service. I ordered a dress and it got delayed with thr estimated time they mentioned. And it got delayed even more. This dress in ordered for my child's birthday. When i call customer service they said they will call me back within 24-48 hrs and never received a call back. When i called them after 3 business days after the last call.. Their representative said, i am so sorry you never received a call back, we have to cancel the order which till now was not informed until i call
