Unable to register more than two account at one device. Whenever i need to switch company to approve transaction, i need to reinstall the app and activate again. And it is a must to have the app for authorisation. Imagine how troublesome it is. Only accept face recognition. And always error here and there. Its really bad experience. Please improve come on. Its been so many months still this bad.

Absolutely rubbish. Cant even login. Helpdesk asked same questions for 1 month but still no resolution. Funniest moment was they sent a video training but trainer never allow the users into the class. I am after 1 month, still trying to login because no OTP sent to me, and their helpdesk standard is very low

I think this app is quite mature and safe, this is used for business accounts instead of private accounts, the safety and security is still the primary consideration, and it cannot compared with the Apps for private accounts. The only thing is it does not support Duitnow QR

I couldn't even login and called the helpline operators 3 times still couldn't solve the issue after 24hr. Better stick to physical token.

Really bad banking app experience. Why must verified in mobile when login via web? Cant use after redownload (ID alrd registered in this device, but cant login) Have yours consider update this app? Not user friendly.

This has got to be one of the worst app in android history. Cant Hong Leong get a more qualified IT personnel? The app designer looks like just learn fresh from youtube. And the website also designed like we back in 90s.
