Good app. Though few concerns. 1. Getting notifications if the car is unlocked and engine is started. But no notification if the car is locked and secure unless you refresh. 2. MapmyIndia map is not very detailed and missing many routes. Excess no of overspeeding alerts in the missing routes even driving under 20. 3. Not so easy interface, you have to dig deep to find many options like geo fencing.

There are only issues with the app: 1. App takes too much time to start 2. After clicking refresh on the status of the car, it takes 5-8 mins for the same 3. Find you car takes 5-8 mins as well, you reach towards your car and then lights blink 4. Plan your trip doesn't work 5. Completed trips, in the score section when it says overspeeding, it shows like a number 5 or 6, but it should be more interactive, user should be able to click on the icon and it should lead to stretch or location.

Already emailed, mesaaged and called no response since one month. pathetic app, does not work in any manner, car is 250km away from 32 days, still location is not updated, tried updating, reinstalling etc but waste, do not receive any alerts or notifications on engine start / stop, low battery, over speed, trips etc, in short nothing is working. NOT RECOMMENDED

I have been trying to discover different features of the application, but a sorry show was shown. Every time the app keeps crashing. The service response through the app is not prompt, even the service cost that should be refelected on the app ( just like ford app) is missing. This leaves the user in confusion about the amount of money he/she has to pay. Please do something about it.

Too slow. Using lock/unlock and boot open feature takes way more time. Also many glitches in the app. Sometimes it doesn't work at all. For trip history to be remembered, Honda Connect app must be on, which sucks. Please improve your app otherwise it's of no use and way too slow.

I am a Honda City user since 2015. My car and engine gives excellent performance, a trustworthy beauty! I travelled a maximum of 1200kms in a day also with zero problem, no heating, no wobbling, very smooth ride. Excellent machine❤️ I am shocked to read that the app is poor, please rectify this immediately. I had the privilege of meeting the finest Honda Managers and CEOs at the service centres in Delhi, Hyderabad, Guntur, Vijaywada and Agra. I am very pleased with services.

app is experiencing crash many time and it doesn't showing the real time location of my car... whenever i proceed to enter into " walk me" the app showing me the location of many days ago. the app was running well earlier. this problem started after 2nd last update of the app. please resolve the issue. it may be noted that this is not the issue of network of my phone. this is exactly the problem of honda connect app.

Dear sir Your customer service representative called up yesterday (19 August 2021) and informed me that, he has been informed by your technical team that the problem faced by me has been resolved. He asked me to check up and verify. I am afraid that the problem of editing the previously set Geo settings is still a problem that has not been resolved. Only the previously set settings can either be activated or deactivated, but they cannot be edited.Regards.

Worst service by honda. Worst infotainment system provided. They even won't replace it. Lot of sounds inside by loos fittings including door and glow box door is opening automatically orderd before a year still not get repaired. And if we went for a service they will nicely wash our head by providing unnecessary services and forcefully the demand for 5 star. Please don't buy.

Keeps telling me to update after the recent update. Seems to be a bug. Unable to use after the recent update. Will I get compensated by Honda for this? Gonna write to corporate in this. Update: The app improved after a recent update. Happy with it for now. Hoping for a smoother experience and new features in future.
