The app was the best for our house hunting. The app was receiving the new listings quicker than other apps. It provides useful and required info like map view, school, demographics alongwith other house related info. If there is any info hidden, you click to ask and you get the info right in your email. The best part was 'saved' properties. It was easy to filter and manage the 'saved' listings to follow them through. Overall great experience.

It's functionality and useability is far above the official Realtor app. Particularly useful "extras" are the listing history and comparative prices. A tab for "favourites" lets you track properties you are interested in. New features keep getting added from time to time.

Excellent app for searching houses. Very user friendly and allows you to filter on several important criterion and narrow down your search. It saves a lot of research time by giving useful information about the history of sale for selected property, easy access to maps allowing you to quickly trace the location, save it as favorite for reference and much more! Keep up!!

Misleading app be aware! Not reliable! There are some condos that they have listed over 60 days and the app don't update it and misleading the users! Guess what, wanna make it look good during pandemic and possible getting money from seller for listing it???? I emailed them and mentioned it to them, but still many property show 1_6 days listing even though it's over 50 days! Just using realtor.ca app

I ve been using Home Optima app for about 4 years now. If I have to describe the app, I would say 1. Very user friendly, 2. Very comprehensive in terms of qlm the relevant information for the buyers 3. Great responsive back office team. 4. Most importantly they do not pressure you into any sales or buying.
