While the individual words are in English, the sentence structure and choice of words make little sense to an English speaker. It makes setup extremely difficult. Once I finally got it going, it will only show live stream of I also connected to the same wifi as the camera. If I turn off wifi, the camera is listed as "unknown"and will not connect. But I still get the notification that the camera detected movement. Coworkers have shown me other options they use that work properly. I will return.

Since the last update, it is constantly offline. I can get it to reconnect if I reset it and do the whole startup over again, but then it only stays online for a few moments. I paid for the camera and I can't even use it now. I depend on this to make sure none of my roommates are stealing from me and now it doesn't work. Used to work great, but I feel the last update ruined it. Please fix asap

Unable to replay the detected videos and I was needing to review because a bike was stolen off my porch...please fix the bug it sends you right back to the home screen.

i can't even get it going to see if all the reviews are what they say about it. it says it installed to my phone and my wifi shows it, but won't ever connect to get it on line just says connecting.(never does) i am not tect savy at all, am old school where a long cord on a land line was the greatest invention (but am not stupid by no means) and i been at this app and camera for two days now all it doing is making me second guess myself on being stupid. i would not recomend this to a genius

My experience with this app and camera is that is completely complicated to use and to set up. It just stinks not be able to just connect the app or the camera.

It used to work great and now i cant get it to conect to wifi. I even reset the dumb thing and now its going to the trash. DONT BUY THIS CAMERA

Since the last update a week ago, every time the app alarms, it crashes. It used to work befttbe update but obviously something has changed for the worse. Please fix.

This is a rip off The original app was "ESmartLinkHome" now this update doesn't work with the original purchase. Hate I wasted my money on this device 😒

I apsalutly hate it !!!!! It's extremely hard to set up. After setting it up the first time . Now it won't let me connect at all I've been at this for two days now. I apsalutly hate this device. It was a wast of my time and money . DO NOT USE THIS!!!!!!
