    Very choppy. Store purchases are kept separate from online purchases, which is confusing and makes finding a purchase harder. The add a receipt feature is stuck in a loop. The shopping cart takes a long time to load, then it locks up and refreshes every single time you do something in it. Voice search is trying too hard; I just want it to search for exactly what I say, not try to interpret it. App doesn't stay logged in. Purchases made in-store with email receipt are not linked to account!

    aktie App works pretty good. Here's a suggestion if you want to really improve its usability. I build my shopping list at home on the Home Depot web site. Then I head to my local store to pick up the items on my list. It would be very helpful if the location, aisle and bay, of each item was shown in the list view. In the current version of the app I have to access the detailed view of the item to get its location in the store. That's often very slow at cellular data speeds.

    inc App worked fine. Always used to make my payments. Now it wont let me. Just loads and loads with nothing happening! I see that Home Depot doesn't care about reviews and what the customers are expressing because as I read reviews alot of people are expressing the same frustration and issues that I have with NO resolution.

    dividende Great concept poor execution. The app continually asks you to sign in and with the introduction of 2FA, good thing, it makes the use of the app just a PITA. I have to sign in then authenticate almost every time I want to view an item from an add like from Facebook. Ask me to sign in at check out not when I open the app. Plus the app is slow.

    usa It's a great app but with the update now it can't search anything Update... four months later in your app still even from your own link for appliances comes up no products found. You need to find a new provider for your app. Lowes apps kicking your butt Yes clearing cache and data worked. Thanks

    mexico Can't log in to my account.... error message stating the website is experiencing technical difficulties. I am able to log in via web browser, from the same device, without any issues.

    inc. aktie It is for the most part accurate. Not sure when information is updated and if its a corporate issue but sometimes the items are in the next isle over it could also be the stores being newly renovated..all in all i enjoy this app

    canada I am not able to check out, i can see all items in my cart, go to check out after i enter all credit info, then it just goes back to the check out page. The check out box is "grey" so it is not letting me go past this part. Really don't understand if i am doing something wrong

    aktienkurs App failed to load my order and account more than it succeed. I discovered that the app doesn't work well in an environment with less than 80% signal. I ended up using the website in my browser with better luck.

    online Were sorry no products found. On every single search. Items that are avaliable in the store are nowhere to be found in the app. Your cart gets emptied when you close the app and it no longer syncs with the website cart. The app is now unusable.

    Brain dead Why? Here is an example: I have setup 'my store' and the view in the cart has a button to select pickup at my store, but when I select it the app is asking for my zip code!! But even then it is a bit and miss. It fails to select the correct store. Very annoying app!

    So slow it's useless. I'm uninstalling and use the web from now on. Search is useless. Searching for gypsum 40lb immediately takes me to the product page for "Schluter Kerdi-Board-Kit Wall Surround Waterproofing Kit." Not even close.

    When it comes to any outdoor plants the app only says its available online only. which is not correct. I was looking for some trees went to a store did not have what I wanted so i used the app to see if other stores might have it but the app is useless to find out.

    Customer service is excellent. Selections are most often unique. I can usually get a deal on Financing for a project is great. I love this store for flowers,paint,wallpaper, cabinets green board stains and more.

    App is ok, but only with an optimal internet connection. With good internet speed app is great and easy to navigate and find what you are looking for. If internet slows down during peek usage, this app will give message of no internet connection and not funtion. All my other apps take a little longer than normal to open a window but still work with a slow web. Not this app.

    I really want this app to be good. I use it for two purposes, to see where something is in the store, and to look up what products they have that are similar to what I'm looking for so I can get it now instead of buying it from Amazon. For finding something in the store it works okay. For the looking through products it's awful. Half the time it tells me there are no products found, in entire departments of the store. It's just broken, that's it.

    Web site is better. On the web site it continually asked me if i wanted The phone app so i tried it. The app take way to long to load anything, does not respond with what i select, and continues to ask me what store i would like(I've already selected my zip code as my store). It's more frustrating. The web site is fast and smooth. Uninstalling and logging into the web site, from my phone. Giant waste of time.

    It works well to help you make purchases. Then you have to rely on emails and texts to determine the status of the order. Terribly ineffective at that point. The irony is when you open the email it suggests you get the app.....make the two processes work together dissapointing

    Useful for finding stuff in the stores, that's about it. I would advise against getting project quotes from these guys for installs, unless you are ok with paying exorbitant amounts. Got a quote to have a 50 gallon electric water heater installed, $550 for the water heater, $1012 for labor. INSANE! There were no permits required to do the replacement or anything and I told them I was willing to handle the disposal of the old heater myself. Ended up going with a local licensed plumber.

    Horrible app...I just downloaded the app because I haven't been able to make online payments anymore, I have to call it in, well this app isn't even working AT ALL. It freezes everything up including my phone the moment I open the app. I don't know what's going on with Home Depot but they need to fix it immediately. Can't make payments online or using the app but only with calling, NOT CONVENIENT. Please fix it ASAP.

    The app is nice and it does have a very wide variety of options which I love but recently the app has been obnoxiously slow, it doesn't load in many things, the A.R. is very finicky and now it'll randomly crash with an error report: Sorry App:HomeDepot keeps stopping. Would keep using but would honestly use anything else with the way the app is currently

    This used to be a great app. New app requires you to allow it to look for "my" store before i can even log in. The closest Home Depot to me is 15 miles. With the, all the app does is Spin and spin and spin. So I can't even log in and order for male or for pickup in another location location which is what I normally do. So now should I go to Lowes which is 2 mi away ?? don't tell me to call your customer service or email you about an issue you created. You've got the information you need.

    Employee here who uses it, or tries to regularly. It used to be good. But recent updates keep making things, 'unable to display'. There seems to be a lot of extras they keep adding, but the base functionality is getting worse. Sorry... id love for it to actually work...

    Terrible experience using this app. I ordered turf builder, a spreader, and a sprinkler. When I ordered it said 10 in stock at store but then after I purchased my order the sprinkler wouldn't be delivered for 9 days, not all acceptable when I plant seed tomorrow. I wasn't able to cancel my order and would have to return once item was at store. I was told by customer service that I'd have to go in store to purchase item, defeating the point of using curbside pickup.

    The app is fine, as far as it goes. The problem is Home Depot's return policy requires all returns be made in store, even in-app purchases. At 110 miles to the nearest store and with plenty of other online options for small tools and supplies it doesn't make sense for me to gamble that everything arrives 100% perfect from manufacturers.

    Cant pay my CC; takes forever to load the page and when you go in and get thru the few steps to make your payment and crashes and doesnt process your payment. Has been this way for at least 5 months. I keep the app cause it does help find stuff on the store faster but sometimes the product is actually out even though it might show xx amount of items in stock; but I feel this will be more a store inventory issue than the app fault.

    I am deleting this app as I cannot pay my credit card through it. It has to "open in my web browser for a better experience." But I can't log in there so it cost me a late fee because I was waiting for it to be fixed. I had to call to make a payment, with the late fee. They told me I had to go through web browser "in cognito" to log in. If I can't make payments through it, I don't need it!

    It's HORRIBLE! Sometimes it works, most of the time it doesn't. It won't work! I can't pay my cc bill, because when it takes you to your account it crashes... it needs a MAJOR overhaul and upgrade. Fire whoever did it, and find someone new to fix it.

    The cart when clicked on is just blank with only a return to previous page arrow. What is the point of the app if the basic functionality fails. (Update: the cart appeared after an hour of trying upping the review stars but this should never happen in general.)

    The worst checkout process I have ever been through. It took me a solid half an hour just to check out. The app doesn't save anything in the background, so when I switched over to copy my credit card number then switch back to the app, it clears your progress and you have to start over again. Then tells you available delivery dates, you click checkout, then magically those delivery dates aren't available and now some items aren't available at stores selected, even though it said it was available

    App sends orders out of state when it shows items in stock in your selected store. And good luck trying to get it straightened out. No one in the store can help you with an online order! And you can spend hours on the automated phone system waiting for help listening to 'more saving more doing' endlessly... In the time I spent on the phone I could have went to the store, picked it up myself and installed it. Not to mention that 5 days later my order is 'still processing' .

    This app is good for prices but it doesn't show my history purchases. Please add it. Receipts by email I am a contractor and its very important to me to get my receipts by email for taxes purposes. Since this year 2020 I got an email with the receipt, but because i mm I didn't opened it in sertain time, it was deleted. At this time 02,2020 I nolonger get anything.

    Very user unfriendly and always crashes. Only good thing is the barcode scanner, when it works. It would be nice if home depot gets a faster wifi since there's no cellphone network inside, so customers won't waste more time inside standing around waiying for the home depot app to work. Also, the app says "there are no home depot stores around me" when I'm inside of home depot!

    Every time i try to log on to pay my credit card i get an error message saying that there is an issue & to try again later. You want us to go paperless but wont let us sign in to make payments. Not very smart on your end. I might have to chuck the app & go back to having the bill sent by snail mail. 😡

    I like using the app to find the things I'm looking for. But when it comes to managing my account, it sucks. I'm redirected when I'm trying to make a payment (which sucks) and 9 out of 10 times, there's an error & I cant even access my account. I end up going to the nearest store, to pay. SMH.

    Was working up until the recent update... You can no longer search or scan anything on the first try. Is constantly telling u that things are unavailable or takes u back to the home screen. I use this app every day at work to assist customers. When it doesn't preform it reflects bad on me and the company. Please fix

    very buggy for samsung s9 note...would not let me create an account using the app and would not let me sign in after i created an account via web page. Entering text in any text field is buggy and will kick you out of the text have to tap on the text field again to finish what you want to enter. When browsing store products, the app defaults to items that are stocked in the store vs. any online options even after moving the slider to select online items. Deleted app.

    When the app works it's pretty good I use it to buy ideas with PayPal and really enjoy the pick up at store option to help get things quickly and I'm able to send someone else to pick up thinks when I can't leave a jobsite. I'd give it 5 stars if there wasn't dead end links and connectivity issues so often.

    Slow loading due to "specials". I live 30 miles away, and sometimes just want to see if they have the fitting or tool that I need in stock, but have to wait for the app to load the special deals on refrigerators (as an example) before I can do anything. Heaven forbid if you're not on wifi, it can take a few minutes! Once it loads, it works pretty well.

    The app used to work just fine before but now it redirects you to the internet out of the app. Then it'll take for ever to load the screen. After waiting a good 10 minutes, it'll tell you that there I a problem at the time and to try again another time.

    Trying to login to my account, but since this covid19 happened unable login to acct. To many user may have crashed it or something. I tried to call but was on hold for 25 minutes so I hung up. Not to happy right now! Home Depot tech support needs to fix this so we can pay our bill!

    The app works very well for finding items (in-store & in general), getting accurate pricing, & good descriptions. My only issue is lack of horizontal orientation support for tablets in particular. Otherwise, very good app and would receive 5 stars.

    Every time i try to order it keeps changing my location and won't let me switch it. So I you can have 3 items and it tries to make you pick it up from 3 different store. One time i order soil from one store and after paying it changed the location.

    Always have trouble with making payments when screen won't load for more than a week. Plus what's the point of having an app if it sends you to a web browser to make credit card payments for supposedly "better user experience" and the sign in screen won't even load.

    Good app when it works. Almost everyone I put a whole cart full of merchandise it says theres an error and I cant order. There is no error ever. It's a false error report and honestly I only used home depot for convenience of preordering. This app doesnt work most of the time for that. So to me almost worthless.

    This app has always been horribly slow and often has "technical issues". When it does you cant search for anything, even on a browser on your phone, because it automatically redirects your search to the broken app. Get it together HD.

    I found out this app months ago when I was in Home Depot. I was asking one of the staffs for information and he looked into his phone in this app to locate the item I needed. I was curious and asked what app he was using and the staff shared with me. This app adapts to your location. If you go to another Home Depot, the app will adapt and adjust. This is a must have if you do shop a Home Depot.

    Please add QR code payment in future builds so we can pay in store with less interaction with the POS systems. Walmart and Publix have this and it's a huge plus in the covid-19 time. Less we touch the better we all are. QR code on screen and scan with the Home Depot app for payment would be great.

    Had an issue with an order. Items arrived okay, but the toolbox ordered came with the key locked inside. I initiated a help chat from the app, that initially seemed to be going well, but 11 days later I found out by calling the customer service number that there was no record of the chat and a replacement key had not been ordered. Tried reinitiating chat prior to calling in, but there was no response. Unreliable customer service through the chat.

    Excellent products, including those for the "growing" set. I also appreciate the NuWave Induction "hotplate" which automatically turns off when pan is removed (great for Seniors)... although it is particular about what type of metal pan you use (it doesn't work with all of them).

    Horrid. The app and the stores are never in sync. The numbers listed in quantity on the app are never what is in the store. Most things you cannot buy through the app you must buy in store. So what's the point of this app then.

    App is marginal. Cannot search for products with it says it "Sorry no products found". Cannot track purchases be delivered, just doesn't respond. Cannot pay your Home Depot bill through the app. Good at keeping receipts of purchases... but no good for anything else.

    Very annoying that I have to get a verification code via email to log in. I set it for my fingerprint and it still needs verification code. Searches on the 1st word when searching. i.e. I voice searched for screw in tool hook and it lists screws. Not very useful.

    This app is deceiving . You see free shipping that becomes some price after selecting the option . Your search will say the store does not carry an item but if you go in they have it . It's just a decent app if you feel like looking around without the foot work.

    Slide boxes do not work. Why does everyone think a slide is better. I HAVE A FULL KEYBOARD. I can type the numbers into the box. But it doesnt ACTUALLY filter to the price. No. Sliding bars to pick a number is as stupid as the guy who designed it.

    Search remains broken after months of unreliability. This app takes long vacations from basic function. It is very frustrating to use if you want to plan your store shopping ahead of time. Don't count on this app.

    Really awful app, the search & filters are just not accurate at all and it's really not user friendly. Dev team needs to reevaluate this app, or it's likely the client who has made it this way to be honest... Sorry dev team....

    Too many notifications. App works fine in store but is annoying when you don't need it. I just disabled notifications for it but at one point I was getting 5 or 6 a day.

    This app is unusable for my Android device. The page constantly refreshes the listings so when you're browsing for a product, it'll refresh and bring you to the top of the page every 5 seconds. Pretty ridiculous.

    The search is useless as there's no relevance. Ex. If I search for contractor trash bags, I get tool bags. Filters do not work either. If I want to filter by price range, I still get items out of that range.

    UX/UI is not great. Lowe's app is superior in many ways. Not to mention the orange gets old after a while. Not suggesting they change their brand, just tone it down on th app/site a bit.

    Every time I try to use this app there is a roadblock. Have to call. Call and yhey cant place an order. Have to call the store. Call the store as nd am told I have to come into the store, for an item shown on the app! Went to Amazon.

    It is straight forward and easy to use. Although, I wish it had The Home Depot lingo for it's abbreviations about where things are.

    The app is very buggy and at times will not provide the search results and return with a response "no products found" which is very disappointing when you are looking for a basic item.

    Terribly slow. Checkout erases items when you make any changes. Waste of time. Using a browser is much easier and much faster so what's the purpose of having an app?

    This app keeps texting me 3 verification codes when I am using the app. It gets quite annoying. It also kept wiping out my payment info with no error message letting me know what I am doing wrong. Not the greatest user experience.

    Doesnt work unless you have good cell signal, even connected to wifi. At my location, I have great wifi, but no cell due to my bad carrier. App should work on wifi.

    Using this app to pay my credit card is useless anymore. It always says there is an error when signing in. So in order to pay my card, i must use a laptop and reset my sign in information everytime.

    The app is ok and I use it to track my purchases, however the fact that it asks for verification every time I start / open the app - is super annoying. Fixing that would increase my satisfaction dramatically.

    Semi worthless app. For example when trying to sort by color, the pop up with the choices wont let you scroll to the bottom for the color you want.

    This new update has made it very glitchy. Using the barcode scanner is so annoying to use in store. It keeps crashing the app. Fix it now please.

    The web site works better than the app at this point. Everytime I try and search for an item on the app it gives an error.

    The app defaulted to another local store instead of my home store. I had already purchased 2 other curbside deliveries to my home store and added a new order for products I had forgotten. Your non cancel on general merchandise mixed with faulty coding in your app WILL lead to a credit card dispute and an instant boycott of your company if this order is not cancelled. I am now wary of HD online. I've been a loyal customer for years. Get it fixed or lose a long time client for multiple job types.

    Works great other than since the last update I have to log into the app everytime I use it, I log onto it multiple times a day and this didn't use to be an issue until now.
