I couldn't find a way to report an issue or give feedback in the app (another useful feature that is missing) therefore I am writing it here. The app cannot download applience instructions anymore thus the button "Instructions for use" doesn't work anymore. I have got two Bosch appliences connected. A washing machine and a dryer. The issue applies to both.

Infuriating. Worked for a few days then couldn't get a connection. Restarted my whole account because I didn't know how to delete the appliance to start the connection from scratch. Still nothing. It refuses to connect to phone and internet. Save yourself time and drama by staying away from this.

Good app. I have two questions. 1) How can i transfer a favorite program setting to the physical 'Favorite' button in the dishwasher? 2) Are you planning to bring up repeating schedules that can turn on and work on a specific time periodically?

After first start I connected successfully to dish washer machine. After connecting, it found a firmware update and automatically installed. After that update I cannot connect anymore. Turned into a regular dish washer machine. Thank you Bosch.

Good attempt but continually looses connection or devices decide they won't allow remote access for no obvious reason. But quite well designed for complex devices with many controls.

WHEN it works it's actually functional, but the connection problems are constant. Have to yet experience the situation when I open the app and can without further due start the device.

The app gave notice of "schedule downtime" ?? Why don't you just update like all good apps?? Now the appliance no longer works after this corrupted update , no longer recognises the appliance and will not re instate it? Infuriating waste of time . Contacting Bosch to return appliance as unfit for purpose, they shouldn't sell aplliances with faulty technology.. end of!!

UI is well designed, but thats the only positive thing i can say about it. Pairing devices is painful, especially if you want to have them on an isolated VLAN (as you should considering the security concerns with IoT devices). Connectivity is where it really gets bad. We have 3 devices with Home Connect and all of them are more often not connected then they are (and its not our WiFi or internet connectivity, devices are connected to the network, its either Bosch servers or the app itself).

16 oct 2021: every time Bosch updates the app, the appliance disappears and I have to start all over again. Now I can't even get the password reset to send me a temporary password! And I've checked my spam. Useless. 23 2 2021: Tried to log in with new app. Had to create new password. And still can't get in 7 Sept 2020 Update: I've waited a year for Bosch to sort out the mess of its app. How many years does it take to have a working app?? 25 Oct 2019 - Still a terrible experience

It's a nightmare trying to get the appliances to pair with this application. I have a 3 appliances, 2 paired successfully, the 3rd fails on some issue loading instructions. I have the manual to hand so I don't need the application to try to load them after it has been connected to the HomeConnect network (which obviously has no internet). All the app needs to do is copy the WiFi settings to the appliance, but it stubbornly refuses to do so.
