The best, with outstanding design, most complete and customizable calendar widget ๐Ÿ”ฅ
This is the Lite version of the full paid app Home Agenda: https:play.google.comstoreappsdetails?id=com.franco.agenda
It's a full fledged widget but with fewer customization options. You can preview all the settings to see how the widget would look in the paid version!
ยท Show past events;
ยท Filter events for Today, Tomorrow or everything else;
ยท Ability to hide declined events;
ยท Ability to highlight events running today;
ยท Customize which calendars to showhide;
ยท Customize the events list background color.
This widget is compatible and battle tested with all the popular launchers you know and love ๐Ÿ”ฅ
I can't wait for you try it, I'm sure you're going to love it.

Unfortunately due to lack of a public API from Google there isn't a known way to fetch Reminders from Google Calendar. As much as I would love to do so (because I use Reminders myself all the time) at present time that is, unfortunately, impossible.

  • 2. Removed foreground services with persistent notifs, now the periodic calendar sync occurs every 15 minutes in the background to keep your events updated
  • 3. Unfortunately had to delete the "weather" feature because Google has removed that feature. I'm currently looking into free alternatives

    Customization options are VERY limited. Must purchase the pro version to do 99% of what you want: adjust colors, toolbars, shapes and sizes, etc. At least let us do more than preview some of them. It's frustrating to install something only to find that you can't even utilize more then a few boring features without paying. The widget itself even looks buggy now. The app has potential, so maybe it's worth a try, but don't get your hopes too high. โญโญ For now, but could change if app is improved. ๐Ÿ™

    The demo version looks so uninviting as if developer picked such a dreadful theme on purpose to repell... everyone? Otherwise, what options are available to try, work as expected and did not reveal any new/clever approach, innovation, anything really, making it another mediocre demo among the sea of "twin-app" mediocrity. However, paid version might change all that. Don't know

    Update: Is unclear what exactly I did (reinstall or reboot), but the widget successfully showed up in the list for me. Customization is pretty limited in the free version, so after evaluating it for a few days I upgrade to the paid version to unlock most of the features.

    Very clean interface. Best I've seen in a calendar widget, and I've used several. I would love to see it have the ability to show reminders like the Google Calendar widget. If it's a feature of this app I've yet to figure out how to have them displayed.

    I like that with the customization (must upgrade) it's possible to get as close a layout to Google's legacy agenda widget before they released the current style (it's too hard on the eyes and too distracting to even follow events). My suggestion: Adding square as a label shape option.

    Nice widget, but two complaints. The calendar list/chooser needs to show what calendar each is from, I share family calendars and some have the same name and this makes it impossible to know what ones are enabled. Secondly, the dev's choice to not allow family library purchases was the biggest deterrent for me. I would never but an app more than once for family use.

    Had to uninstall because I can't even test out the app to see if I want the pro version because every single customization is locked. The stock agenda is clunky, so I can't even try out the functionality. If you want people to buy your app, give them SOME amount of customization so they can see what the app can do. I hate that I wasted nearly an hour setting up the entire design, and then none of it saved - it waited until THEN to tell me I have to buy Pro just to SAVE the settings. Bad business

    Can only see events for today. Future events means buying full version. Edit: Gave it a second chance. Friday it only showed Friday's events (x3). Yesterday it only showed yesterday's events (x2). Today the app is getting uninstalled because it only showed today's events (x2).

    I am unable to use the widget/have it on my home screen. I have installed it four times and still the application fails to do it's job. I drag and drop the widget then press start in which the widget disappears. Phone is a Pixel 3 XL

    Stupidest concept. Just use the google calender widget instead of this hack. It just shows event from google calender either way.
