Overall user experience as to layout and content much improved since a year or so ago but now alarmingly error prone ... giving share falls on summary page yet a price rise for the same share on its detailed screen, and also completely misquoting your actual holding .... alarming to find £20k wiped off one share yesterday just because it thought my holding was smaller, for example. Overall no substitute for the real website ... which is as we all know not without its own worrying howlers.

Superb. Great security. Nice to see Active Savings in the app now although it's view-only at the moment, facility to make transactions not available just yet. Trading in other accounts is very easy in the app. Secure messages can be viewed in the app which is nice and has been available for a while, saves logging in on computer to check what the message is after receiving an email saying there's one to be viewed.

Excellent, user friendly and very informative. Been using for a few months as a beginner and had no issues to date. What I would say is the Android version has reduced features compared to Apple, as it does not show the most traded and viewed stocks etc which is annoying.

The app is genuinely horrendous. I have the regular investment account and the charges we pay don't reflect the level of service. Charts are terrible, there's lag lack no other with pricing, the information is very limited etc.

I've updated to Android 12 on Pixel 5 and now I can't use the fingerprint to login, it crashes the app if I try set it up in the app. I can use it in other apps and have tried reinstalling the HL app.

Great app, few bugs but the search functionality for investments is subpar There is no browsing of categories and no filters in the search function (ex EU high yield, European etfs, etc.). In addition performance reporting only shows Total gain or daily gain. It would be great to have YTD, QTD and MTD as well..

Could be improved with candlestick charts and the ability to draw over the charts. Also the app doesn't allow you to set buy/sell stop loss limits.
