    The app layout looks great. Unfortunately, all the description videos unable to be played. I have already reported the issue to the developer, but there is no response from them. Thus, I have uninstall this app for now. Perhaps, I will download it back once the videos are all fixed.

    Quality app! Tried free trials of paid fitness apps that weren't as good as this! It has encouraging prompts, says when you're halfway, has an audible countdown for last 3 seconds, you can run a music app in the background... it just works. Would be good to have more verbal encouragement and a video of someone doing the exercises rather than an animation, but considering it's free it's brilliant.

    Great workout for all whole body. I have limited resources so this was excellent in only needing a gym mat. I worked out a sweat so definitely challenging enough for me as a beginner.

    Concise, easy to follow. Doesn't have recovery time built in but I just paused as needed to get the full HIIT benefit.

    Looks like a great layout for workouts. Now if only the description videos would load so I could actually know what I'm doing for the workouts. Only 1 video loaded in the 4 min beginner workout (the jumping jacks), nothing else will load, so I cant use this app. Please fix this, it's not my wifi or internet data because they dont load on either one.

    Wow, these workouts are simple but so effective. Easy to fit into your everyday routine. I thought I was reasonable fit, not so sure of that when I'm only 4 mins into a 15min beginner session! Really like the reminders that come up too, keeps me moving, feel too guilty to ignore it, LOL!

    Have only used it once on a 15 min beginner setting and worked up quite a sweat and definitely raised my heart rate. Did it in my living room on a yoga mat.

    I can feel the burn as I workout. The heat is so intense. This is my third week using the app and I can boldly say I have lost 2kilos. Although I still have a long way to go, my confidence is on another level because I see results already. I cant wait to see what I'll look like in the next 2 months.

    I enjoyed my workout. I burn more than 100 cal. 180 cal marked on my Fitbit watch. Great app. I recommend the app. Wish we can have some 1week or 1 month hiit workout.

    Overall great app, but would benefit from stretches at the end of each workout that target all muscle groups worked. The one or two stretches offered feel tokenistic & leave tightness/acid build up in muscles worked hard throughout the excellent routines.

    This was so fun!! I'm a new and it's so hard to find time to go to the gym or do a full workout at home because as soon as you think baby is gonna be asleep for at least 30 minutes...he wakes up. the 4 minutes workout is perfect to squeeze in whenever and even 10 minutes is enough time. it gets my heart rate going and is challenging in a manageable way. Only wish it had alternative workout to do as a beginner, but then again I think anything can be done for 20 seconds. Will continue using!!
