The app itself is good, it's simple and does what is needed. Now, I have Google Home installed but it does not link up with this. It's not available in the Google Home app to link it together. I have noticed that there is an app called "HiSmart Air" that is exactly the same which can be connected to and available on the Google Home app but this app will not connect with my A/C units. Could it be because I live in Europe? This is the reason why I am giving this a 3 star rating. Once it's available and to connect with Google Home, I'll give it 5 stars.

Can't even connect my new AC. On my ipad with the Apple app I am some steps further in the connection process but when it's trying to register my AC to my AccesPoint it fails every time. Horrible. And updaten more then a year ago?! I am questioning if I did a good job in buying a Hisense AC.

No luck! It can't detect its own devices. Use ConnectLife app instead.

This is not a real and official app from Hisense and it's not working! Please follow the instructions from official manual when you buy your air condition to see the correct QRcode and download the official application of Hisense that will working properly!

When I connected to the ac it worked but when i deleted it on accident no way of connecting it back.

Asks for all permissions on your phone, this app asks for access to phone, storage, contacts, location and all kinds of other stuff, why do you need all that access to control someone's air conditioner? Hella shady.

Not of any use not able to connect with the app or wifi. Hopeless application
