yeah, it stopped working even though it had 15% battery. I had to push it for 15 minutes to get it to a parking zone. really not cool. my partner also had a scooter at the same percentage and his was fine and worked and he went to the parking zone without me to save money. I was literally paying to push this heavy scooter around. not cool. App failed multiple times. And the 'report an issue' button mysteriously wouldn't work. How convenient!

I love the program and using the scooters, but with the new update I have to drag the cursor across the whole map to find a scooter, it doesn't show any unless you're looking at where they are, and it won't even show parking spots. The update looks sleek but it made the app so much harder to use and I hate it.

This app was good to use. WAS. Isn't anymore u can't spend under 25$ and if u do it won't refund ur trip if it's under 25$ this app has turned into a scam what turned into a 25$ trip turned into a 5m 50$ trip because they don't know how to set up a website. Used to use the scooters everyday. Since they started scamming people I'm done using them, this app and wouldn't recommend unless u want to waist money.

Scooters are completely across town. You get halfway to one and it disappears. They have a container full of then and make you walk to get them. Didn't end up renting one because couldn't find one and I couldn't even return my helmet after I gave up. Now I wait for someone to return and they won't answer the phone.

Because the app doesn't update without a full restart, it'll send you half way across the peninsula for a scooter that isn't there, and when you do manage yo get one it'll be at 20% and stop working three blocks from where you found it. Do yourself a favor and just cab.

There needs to be more parking spots for the scooters for them to actually be used. Right now theyre more like something fun you use once and never again

The scooter stopped working twice and charged me 5$ each time for parking not in a designated area.
