At first, app prompts my 1month old phone is rooted. Asked me to contact samsung or restore. Which I did and still same issue. When I emailed them saying root checker stated my phone is not rooted. They emailed stating escalated the issue. Suddenly, I can access the app. And now app says cannot detect samsung health app. Tried to re-install both app and still unable to detect samsung health. Gave up on the app.

Stop upgrading if you are not doing quality checks! Was kicked out of my login session and prompted to relogin. OTP step throws an error after entering code. Now unable to access the app. No access to sleep challenge tracker collection QR code, cannot scan grocery QR code which is only valid for day of purchase. Roll back of you can't fix the problem!

There is issue with this app connecting to Samsung Health. It was working and syncing fine until 30 sept. Immediately on the first day of Steps Challenge, it could not detect Samsung Health. Uninstalled and reinstalled both healthy365 and Samsung health but it still couldn't work. The error received was "Could not connect to Samsung. We did not detect the Samsung Health app installed on the selected device" However, i can open samsung health without issue. So is it samsung or healthy365 issue?

The app is so inconsistent and unstable. Very often the app close by itself before I could even do anything. This early afternoon I managed to book a kickboxing class at Telok Blangah Hilltop after numerous attempt to go to the booking site. When I went to attend the class I need to check in. Again I was not able to access the app, it kept loging me out. In order not to hold up body, I proceeded without checking in after showing the admin staff in charge of clocking in that there was a problem.

Quite hopeless with the App, was trying to make a booking to collect my step tracker on 11 Oct and the app keep crashing/lagging when I tried to search for locations available... And today the booking system is totally down for maintenance seriously! And worse is 3 days of my steps was not even recorded in the tiers and no one is responding when I emailed them!

Horrible experience. The app was working fine and able to sync the data with my Samsung Health App just before the start of the step challenge. Now the sync keep having errors that the Samsung Health App is not installed. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling for both apps and cannot work. Worse of all, when trying to book a time slot to collect the tracker, they are all fully filled. I'm just going to give up since I'm not planning to waste money to buy trackers that is compatible with other apps

Something went wrong. Please try again. I have been having this error since last week when I try to book a collection appointment. This is really fustrating. App to book appointment has been giving error message. Please rectify soon if we are supposed to use it.

2. It happens again. AxtroFit cannot sync again. really feel speechless. App never disappoint to break once mandatory update. Give up on this app and event. 1.Really don't understand why always any update will break the AxtroFit tracker. No problem with bluetooth connection, both app and tracker show syncing but no data sync. It seems to always hitt the AxtroFit tracker when an update

Used Samsung Health as my tracker. Until end of September, can do the Sync without any problem. Starting early October was not able to Sync at all. Today tried to use the Scan function, it asked about the permissions for Scan, Heart rate and Step counts. Turn on all of them, the Sync function suddenly works again. However the Scan function doesn't work at all.

This app is getting frustrating to use. If u cannot get it right then don't bother. I have been using it to log my steps and suddenly tonight it threw me out and ask me to sign in. When I key in the details the OTP comes out of sync and every OTP I key in the app replies with "something went wrong". I can't get into the app and currently appears that I am not able to get my points that I have earned... until u resolve this it will stay 1 star. I will give it minus star if it is available..
