Great headphones when the app works. Most of the time I have only one eardub in. Now since the app isn't working right anymore, when I take one out it stops playing the content. No way to turn off that setting like before. App won't connect to buds and says I have another pair connected which I don't. Fix the app now please. I have the 300tws.

Headphones are great. "Talk through" and "ambient aware" features are straight garbage. I do not need to hear white noise in my ears from a hot mic if theres nothing going on around me. Develop a reasonable decibel level noise gate and these features would be fine. Hell, make multiple options and make it selectable!

When attempting to connect it says I already have a pair of headphones connected. Gotten it to work maybe once in android 12 pixel 6 pro. All in all this renders the headphones worthless as I don't even get sound without the app. Will be returning soon once I hear from their support. As far as everything else the eq is less sensitive than it looks and there's no q control which for a consumer product I get but JBL makes pro stuff too 🙃

Like other reviewers, my earbuds won't connect. I have the LIVE300TWS. The buds themselves are great and work through my phone's Bluetooth, but the app is trash. It'll show my device, but won't connect so the menu is just gray. It says I have to disconnect other JBL headphones, which I don't even own. Not the end of the world but definitely disappointing as some of the features would be nice to use. It's a shame that JBL won't fix this after so many complaints

App bugged and will not give me full use of my brand new JBL Live 300s!! I just opened my first JBL headphones and you are required to use the app to set up talkthru and ambient aware on the headphones. The JBL headphones app this review is on is the one JBL says to download and use yet it does not work. It tells me to disconnect my other JBL headphones from Bluetooth before pairing my new pair. THIS IS MY ONLY PAIR! I've tried resetting my phone, resetting the headphones, unpairing, etc.

I want to say I really like my live460 and I only been using them for less than an hour. As for the app, eh alright I guess. Only connectivity problem I have is giving GPS access. I'm not a fan of apps following me around or selling my destination data. P.s. I already have an older jbl headset and the app never ask to uninstall it. So I guess you can say the previous reviews help fix the app.

I seem to have the same problem, everyone else in having. The app won't connect to the earbuds they connect to my phone just fine, and I can listen to music but can't use the new features on them, which is why I spent the money on them. JBL needs to update this app soon

Horrible app and customer service. Have the JBL Tour Pro+ TWS and can't enjoy my earbuds to the fullest because it won't connect to them from the app, so can't set gestures or EQZ to set up personal preferences. Called support and they just pawned it off to Samsung, as if its their fault. Couldn't even give a timeframe of when this is going to get fixed. Don't buy these as you can't even set noise cancellation on without the app, better of buying $20 headphones. Returning these ASAP!

This does not work. Does not want to connect to the app. Even when connected to Bluetooth, it still brings up a screen telling you to disconnect any other JBL headphones. There is only one headphone paired. I have reset headphones and phone still no connection.

App connected fine. As I already had paired them with the device. My issue is with the limited gestures available for each individual earbud. It seems silly that you can only do certain gestures on one earbud, but not the other. Example. I want to be able to use TalkThru option on either earbud. Using any of the available gestures.
