I don't know what people are whining about as far as "difficult to connect" with this app. Pair my HK fly ANC in like 3 seconds. The issue with the app is it's essentially pointless. There's no features to speak of other than the EQ which isnt really necessary, since most music programs already have one in them. And the ANC button that is also far more conviniently placed on the headphones themselves. There's just nothing to this app that's necessary.

After the latest update in 30th March 2020 the app started to crash when opening it. Only reinstalling the app "fixed" it, but required to do all the profiles again, which wasn't a big deal. The app is useful when it works, but the feature set is quite limited. I'd hope to have a profile for the ANC mode to reduce the change in the sound balance.

Harman though I have a soft corner for you guys that's why I went for fly tws as they launched in India ,but you have to improv. on your app settings or I,ll have to return these wonderful pair. The firmware doesn't update properly hence getting many glitches in connection and lags in music. They doesn't show the battery status of buds or case separately thus creating confusion. After resetting them,it was a huge task to again connect them with my phone i.e Samsung s9 . There are many more.

Will not connect to my headphones. Not happy at all. These aren't cheap headphones the least you could do is get a decent app up and running. If it's not sorted the headphones will be returned.

Great earbuds. Great app. I don't know why people are crying so much. Yes, pairing was not so smooth the first time, but I understand the complexity involved. It's no big deal. Since then, everything is rocking. First time pairing can be hard, but once you do it, app works as expected.

The App would not even start. The FLY TWS connects to the phone perfectly without this App but it's not possible to modify the gesture control without the App. Therefore, will return the device if the app could not be used fixed rapidly. Disappointed.

After struggling trying to figure out how to get the app to work; gave up. Next time I tried it just worked and managed to update firmware and use gestures etc.. buggy is what I would describe this software.
