Useless app. They have closed down web access depending on this tool. Can't do anything useful in it. Always mentions system maintenance, try again in sometime. Customer care suggests reinstalling the app. But then it's the same APP. Absolute useless tool. As good as bloatware one may get with phone - we rarely use it!!

I renewed my policy but its not updating in the app. The focus seems more on sending messages repeatedly to renew policy but not on creatng customer friendly quality app. I always have some trouble with app when either there is some changes that they make to the app or i have changes in my policy and needs updating. Basically seems, they want to handle many things at a cheap cost resulting in creating app with bugs, not testing its efficiency beforehand, poorly managing different features etc.

Not so good. As it is showing "invalid Policy number" or showing " for renewal contact customer care" for a valid policy number while try to renewal the policy. it is not showing updated data though policy has been renewed , offline . Lol

This is so disgusting ....I tried to link my health insurance policy but it is giving some alien error 'only retail policy can be linked in ipo'....I have renewed the policy that also I'm not able to view...it is terrifying

App is useless. However, these insurance companies are basically scams/fraudster. They will offer policy without any hassle, delivers it at your doorstep but when it comes to claim, you will have to rush for internet cafe. They will teach you a lesson about policy rules and regulations. My claim got denied without any solid reason. I am giving up my other HDFC Ergo policies to avoid these such kind of situation. Disappointed

Pathetic app, half of the times it doesnt load properly, and when it does and you raise a claim, you will never be able to see that claim in the app, which is the sole purpose of this app. Its just a gimmick in the name of an application. Plus the customer service and support of HDFC ERGO is the worst. They have no empathy towards the customer, claim settlement takes more than two months and they have no regard for the customers whatsoever.

Hi, this is my personal experience which I m explaining here. Sales team still selling there insurance product with lots of fake promises. Insurance agent didn't given complete information regarding the nomination and they have my wrong residence address was updated in policy. This is really very strange they didn't updated my residence details as per submitted address proof. They have also updated wrong nominee relationship in there database. Till now, they didn't provided correct policy.
