very simple and user friendly interface. my experience has been brief so far but pleasant. I would like to be able to transfer from checking to my savings and to be able to possibly print money orders and/or cashier's checks as well as get notarized one day through the app but maybe I'm ahead of myself. very good app tho

10/21/21 Mobile app is down ...AGAIN . Going 4 hours now. You guys need a better IT guy. Y'all need to fix the freezing/error problems. It's REALLY irritating . 6/16/21 Whatever you guys are doing or did, error is showing now when trying to log in. "UNEXPECTED ERROR HAS OCCURRED" and it's been over 3 hours. ... C'mon ...Fk.!!

Application is prone to system errors and generally glitchy. Needs work I assume the server carrying it is not big enough for bandwidth needed. App layout and feel isn't bad but access to it functioning is horrible.

I have been using this app ever since it came out. I have had to install it each time I upgraded to a new phone, of course. However, installing it on my new LG Stylo 6 phone, the app is gliching, after google autofills my username and password. I am unable to tap the tab to allow the app to open to display my accounts, which renders the app useless. I dont know if its the app features that are causing this or my Stylo 6 phone is not compatible with the app??? Has the app been hacked???

*UPDATE* I am getting the hang of the new app and I do love the new features including saving other accounts so I can easily transfer, & having all of my accounts all on one login! I do wish the layout of our transaction history were better though. The first app was amazing, I used it all the time, it was so user friendly! This new updated version is bad. I don't like how it looks, how it works, nothing.

EDITED: SUPER QUICK response from developer. App is now up and running fine! Thank you. Before the updated version was released it worked fine. After it updated it kept saying to this effect: "uninstall and re-install to new version", I've done that a few times now and now it says "no internet connection". All I wanna do is check my balance on my phone app. Please help!

*Updated* Thank you HAWAIIUSAFCU for fixing the error, I was finally able to complete the registration process and access my account. New App does has more useful features; I like that for each transaction, it shows your current balance and an Instant Balance view without having to login. Why can't I complete the registration process without getting an error message?!! So frustrating!!!! Fix it now!!!!!!!
