To rate your experience is very difficult as when you go to pay with the app it pops up to rate your visit for about 5 secs. The when you go into settings to rate your visit it doesn't work.The other sections of the app are easy to use.

I have found the app easy to use, straight forward and sometimes with great rewards. They would not force you to put your payment details on there if you don't wan to which is much appreciated. On the other hand if you connect your payment method to the app, it is very easy and convenient as you both collect points and pay just with a simple code scan. Overall, very happy with the app.

5* for the old app.... 1* for the new! Awful update, now no way to just collect stamps. Please fix it so I can give you back the 5* and collect stamps without having to have my card attached. Thank you for your reply but I don't want to have Google pay! I just want the old app back that let's you do both without all the hassles of going in and out of different apps.

You might want to check your latest update as it crashes every time you try to log on (both manual and fingerprint). App is good otherwise, a bit slow at times. EDIT: Flagged to store staff and recommended to uninstall and install again. It worked and I can access the app, however that might be because is no longer requesting a passcode/fingertip scan.
