Reviews From google play store

Latest update made the app impossible to detect connected earbuds, tried a number of things like reinstalling and re-pairing, the app is completely useless now without this being fixed. edit: After a couple of more tries, the app was finally able to discover the earbuds, ratings reverted back to 4 stars.

Helps with the equalizer. Wish there were more options.

Basically useless, the only thing that it can do - show you the amount of battery in your headphones. The sound. In the start they were really loud, in about 2 weeks of use they became really quiet, I don't know how to improve it, I disconnected from them and connected a couple of times, didn't work.

Note: Separate Pairing System. Pairing to this app will only updates your Hammerhead's firmware, language, EQ and compatibility. You will need to pair the Hammerhead with your Android phone separately in the Bluetooth setting. Other than that somewhat confusing detail, this app does what it is described.

Virtually useless because it simply shows battery and offers a basic EQ. Hoped it would fix my issues with these buds since they cut out CONSTANTLY and Razer refuses to answer my ticket. About to ship back to Amazon honestly. They sound amazing however they have cut out and even disconnected while typing this.

Only Razer could be so stupendously incompetent that they can't even make an app specifically for one of their products that actually works! I connected the earbuds to the app fine initially, and it installed a software update for the buds. After that the app just refuses to see them at all. Even after resetting the earbuds, forgetting them on my phone and even reinstalling the app, I'm still told that "We couldn't find your earbuds" and asked to put them into pairing mode...

So far so good. Couple things would be nice if added: 1. Option to shut off touch sensor. Hoodie appears to affect it or when working out. 2. Option to see normal vs gaming mode in app and also turn it on/off from within app.

Please add support for manual control of the equalizer. Just having bass and treble boost leaves so little flexibility, and by default the headphones have the bass ramped up beyond belief to the point of sounding imbalanced

Good but could use more features *Give us a battery indicator that is on the notification shade. *More EQ presets *A volume boost feature would be cool if it is possible

Volume level is shocking low on Android 10. Really disappointing. Out in the wild you can hardly hear the music. Tried everything. Not sure if the latest firmware update has broken something. Poor execution Razer.
