Too many bugs, especially when it cames to payment verification. The system said that it is busy. But when i make a new appointment, it siad that payment its being processed. Please do not make a trouble app especially when there is a payment system. And for the payment method please add bank transfer, because i dont want to put my debit or credit number, its a sensitive case.

Terrible experience. I spent an hour waiting in pain, for drivers to be found to deliver my order. And the app crashes a lot and has a lot of bugs, I can't cancel my order. Even the customer service doesn't seem to be able to do that. I really hope Halodoc just goes bankrupt or something.

Bad app n service......really bad and dissapointed. I was spent an hour to waiting for the delivery but not coming. I try to cancel the transaction but not accept by system, I don't know my money will be back or not.

Have my 2nd terrible experience. I spent a day waiting my order. I can't cancel my order and the app keep showing my order is confirm but I don't get my order after waiting for 2 days. Bad app.

Terrible. I made a report about my problems that the pharmacy cancelled my orders. But it takes 3-5 days for halodoc to refund my money. And also the medical prescription cannot be used anymore so i need to chat the doctor (again) and pay again only for recipe. Also the customer service response take too long to reply. I'll never use this apps again.

I buy a medicine but the process is soooo looong... More than 2,5 hours, And It cannt be cancelled. Till I call the cust service, but the refund is taking 3-5days.

I just experienced something bad with this app and the doctor lol. I used the chat consultation service with the vet. Respond was quite slow. The vet said they will give the prescription. But after the session ended, there was no prescription given. I thought will be given later. I waited for hours, still no prescription. The vet seemed so in rush when asking me to end the session. They said if there's another question, I can ask. But they didnt answer it when I did. Bruh. I regret it.

I've been used this app since covid 19, but when i made appoitment it was being process. Live chat had a super SLOW RESPON and i hate it. They told the appoitment had been continued to hospital and the money will be refund. I will get notice by email when it get finished, but until now I didnt got anything. Sorry to say, but i wont use this app anymore
