We made GymKeeper to let you log and analyze your workouts as comfortable as possible. GymKeeper is a simple and visual workout tracker that includes many useful tools for training in the gym and maintaining a healthy lifestyle!

Since the main function of a training journal is to log your gym activity, we have made this process as simple and clear as possible. The gym diary is divided into pages, each of which represents a separate training day with all the exercises and sets visible so that you don't have to make extra clicks to fully view and edit your workout. You can navigate between days by swiping left and right or through the calendar. On the same screen the timer can be activated to count down rest time between sets. In addition to the above, if you are a fitness trainer you can track multiple athletes simultaneously.

GymKeeper includes a lot of exercises and training programs, suitable for athletes with different fitness levels. All exercises and workout routines in the application are absolutely free and you always can add your own custom data. Weights and repetitions are being filled automatically by the application depending on your previous results. Also in a couple of clicks you can diversify your workouts by switching any exercise to an analogous one with the same muscle groups involved.

Track the statistics on your workouts, exercises, muscle groups and body measurements for any period of time and set new records. Interactive charts will help you understand your strengths and weaknesses to determine the future training plan. Analysis of your workout results will make your attending a gym more fun and productive.

With the help of our fitness calculator you can figure out the recommended barbell weight for a set, as well as the body mass index, the daily calorie intake and the target heart rate for your workouts. The measurements logging will allow you to easily track changes in any of your body parameters both by the measurements themselves and by the attached photos. The built-in notebook will serve for recording any important information related to your workouts. The "Share" function will help you to view and create cards with inspirational sports quotes to motivate yourself and your friends :)

This was a great app when they originally sold it for $10 as a one time payment. I luckily bought it at that time and was very pleased with the app layout, tracking, exercise list, and programs. Easy to use and setup. Took one star off because of the recent switch to subscription based sales. Still a great workout app!

DO NOT RECOMMEND.. This is not a free app. Even if you do not use any pro features it only let's you input up to 3 days worth of information before you are forced to purchase. My husband bought the app back when it was a flat rate $8 for the app. So I decided to get it and now they've increased the price to $40 for lifetime or $18 a year.

@GymKeeper - This new update is horrendous. I don't like grouping of Biceps/ triceps under "Arms". It's also reorganized all of my saved other exercises. I had this split into stretching, martial arts, and road work. The app was great before the rework. I appreciate the added exercises, but it's going to take me time to reorganize everything to how I had it prior.

Fantastic app, makes tracking very easy. I'd suggest adding a checkbox on a session, so workouts can be planned in advance and marked done after completion. Also adding an option for the x-axis in statistics to spread data points based on time instead of only spacing all sessions equally.

Good app, really. Agreed with the feedback, my overview was incorrect. Let me chack all avaliable settings one more time. Any case, I use this app for a long time and didn't see a better one. Thanks.

The new update made adding and learning new exercises a great experience. Bought premium a couple years ago, and I've never regretted it.

It seemed great until it locks the entire app because it's only a free trial (which is not mentioned) The full version is now $50 up from $10 or pay a monthly sub? You're insane. You aren't making the best anything, you're ripping people off.

Works and is still getting updates, would be cool if we could enter a percentage of our max when planning a workout. Also some of the 1RM calculations seem off? Would be cool if we could enter our previous true max to work off.

Very handy and useful. This app makes it super easy to design workout routines and has a lot of the same functionality as subscription apps for a lower one time fee. I'm super happy with it.

Loving the app so far. I am trying to use it to not only log what exercises and weights I did on a specific day, but also to plan future workouts on upcoming days. For this reason, I think it would be nice to be able to copy a set of exercises from one day to another. Overall an amazing and clean app, affordable $10 lifetime purchase for pro features. Thank you developers!
