Very useful for some one wants to have like a personal trainer lost, 12 bound in the first month, but I go to gym every day + I follow the nutrition program on this app, so if you want to save money use it

I am following this app to train my muscle. I have just started using it recently its helping me in my routine. I can go and watch videos and apply to my self. Hope i will reach my targets effectively

Hey petraapps, it's been 2 months I'm following the exercises with proper diet without fail. I've lost almost 6 kgs .though it is less but I believe I have gained good muscle mass. I really love your app. Just one change. Plz remove the rating block which pops up gain and again. Thanks. Edit : Nice update where popup of rating only comes while exit.Looking out now for more updates in exercises.

Basic... With potential. The app is basic and is really just a list of what to do with links to a how to video. If this had a log/record in conjunction with the exercises then you'll have a better chance of following the plans. Also it assumes that you will be able to perform all exercises listed at 20reps to start, this might not be achievable for newbies. And the food plan is pointless, no quantity just a time and a food to eat. e.g. 7am Banana. If you went by the photo that's 4. Overall a well designed app. Food needs to be more instructive and It could do with a recording/log facility and the possibility of selecting a beginner/intermediate/Pro level then this app would be my go to app for my workouts. For now it's just a nice looking YouTube video selector.

This is just a basic list of exercises... There is no personal attention it assumes everyone will get the same results with the same diet/routine. Tip for the dev, may be try to add some variation to the list based on weight and composition of the user.

Very basic, if it wasn't free I would be asking for a refund. Has simple workouts that you can get free online with same amount of reps. Some exercises assume you're able to do them like 3 sets of pullups starting with 20 going down 3 each time.

It's 3 basic workouts. Nothing special that you couldn't find out by reading or go ogling. The pictures show basic movement but neglect telling people the do and donts. Get a book on lifting weights. This app aucks.

Workout programs are ok. A lil heavy on the injury-prone "Military Presses" for the shoulders. There are plenty of safer options to these. And lastly, ARE THESE MEAL PLANS FOR REAL.?? Heaviest meal late at night for both "lean" and "bulk" diets.?? Somethings not right here...can you guess.??

The app has loads of potential, but sadly falls short of achieving greatness. It lists what you should do and the times, but doesn't give you a timer so you have to use this in conjunction with at least one other app. This is just lazy programming. For some reason the demonstration videos play for a couple of seconds then stop, and continue to do this every time you hit play to continue (you can open them in YouTube to watch normally though, but again, you should be able to watch without leaving the app). Another issue is the food plan section, it's incredibly poorly implemented. It tells you what to eat and when, but not how to prepare the food, or even what it is (there is some stuff in there I've never heard of before), so yet again you have to leave the app and look elsewhere for this. Having said all that the app is a good looking app, and could be really great if the developer(s) put the time in to fill its potential. But as it stands, I wouldn't bother with it.

Perfect and to the point! Totally worth the money. It's a small app and very useful as a Gym Companion. But don't expect to learn everything you need from here. YOU'LL NEED A MENTOR. This app helps you what kind of excercises you need and when.

Pretty basic app without any great features. Not many plans to choose from. Diet or "Food Plan" is a little odd. Quite a few spelling errors through out the app.

Love the app, it's a great start to a great program. It could definitely use some additions specifically towards the food section and adding some extra tips for the workouts when it comes to weight for those people that aren't fully educated in the subject but for myself I definitely enjoy using this app especially in the gym considering how easy it is to check my next workout and have a plan set in place. Looking forward to further updates

Great app for gaining knowledge of number of reps per sets. And add the rest times is a good addition. Also love that your able to get watch videos if illustrations are difficult to understand.

I suppose it's better than no guide at all, but not much. There are far superior resources out there available for free. At some point it's a good idea to hire a personal trainer for a while. This is definitely not even close to a substitute.
