Auth0 Guardian is a mobile app that can deliver push notifications to a user’s pre-registered device (typically a mobile phone or tablet) from which a user can immediately allow or deny account access via the press of a button. It can also generate one-time passwords if that is preferred. Note for developers: Auth0 Guardian is one of the multi factor authentication options that can be used within the Auth0 identity platform (https://auth0.com). You can enable it with a single switch. You don’t have to change your apps to start supporting multi factor authentication.

Ridiculous restoration. Zero reset menu, don't ever lose your phone, get a new phone, or forget your password. Worked great until all the above occurred. Oh...and zero phone, email or chat support. Their online web problem solver.....useless. Not a thing they suggest works because all the menu items, such as resetting forgotten passwords isn't in the app at all. Only 4 menu selections under settings, and none help the reset issues. Can't even choose to email a reset code.

Upgraded phone. App won't the my passphrase that I saved in my messages to copy for this exact situation. Now I'm locked out of my Crypto account. What a POS app.

Locked out of the app because I upgrade my phone to a new one. This app has absolutely no customer support. Look at the reviews. You see no response from the developers to the issues from the 1 star reviews. I got locked out of one of my broker accounts because of this app.

This app's got probs! You can't delete accounts and it will let you add multiple, identically named versions of the same account all with different passcodes so you don't know which one to use. Hitting the delete button simply crashes the app. There's a edit button for an account and it literally does nothing. I can crash the app by pressing it several times. Previous reviews are correct, the push notifications only works if you have the app OPEN. The you get the android notification on top of and in app notification. Sloppy. If I'm opening the app, I don't need push notifications. Customer service said they won't help unless I'm paying $23/mo...

The app worked great until I chnged phones, transferring the app to my new phone. The app detected the change, and promoted me for a pass phrase which I didn't have. So I was locked out of the acct it was supposed to protect....even when my password was reset by the administrator of the acct. The app was stuck prompting me for a pass phrase, there didn't seem to be a way to recover if the pass phrase I had was not correct. I tried reinstalling the app but that did not resolve the issue.

This does not work and there is no tech help! i installed the app on my phone and then went to my desktop to get the authorization. on my desktop a QR code appeared, the app on my phone started the camera and had a line square in the picture, which I held over the QR code on my desktop screen. There is to button to take a picture or continue the scan. no 6 digit code follows. its just a useless app. Stefan

Nightmare system. Once I upgraded to a new cellphone I could not get into my The Orchard account that chooses to use this app for MFA. There is no way to even talk to these people to fix the issue. Emailed them with no response except some generic sales team "do not reply" message so I am effectively locked out of my Orchard account, keeps saying autho codes are invalid, recovery code not valid, keeps sending push to old non working phone Not cool, zero customer service!

I hate this thing. Tried entering code to connect to OneDrive. Kept saying enter 6 digit code. I tried reinstalling but keep getting passphrase. I enter the same passphrase. Won't take it. Wonder how many millions of dollars are wasted in lost productivity due to troubleshooting this utter garbage

End user here. My company slapped this on top of a desktop app we already can't access without logging into our workstations with secure password & ANOTHER mfa app, then logging into the desktop app with a 14 character mixed case alphanumeric plus symbols password. At least the other mfa app has a desktop version. I can't figure out whether this one does. I want to copy and paste the access code because typing a number before it times out... eff that. Especially as it's the 4th layer of access.

It sucks. It's asks for a saved phrase. Don't remember putting 1 in but no options to reset. Have Uninstalled and reinstalled. Oh I'm on a new phone. Don't use this unless you want problems...with no forgiveness.
