It keeps confirming shifts that I reject and im the one that gets a bad name from it it always comes up with error after rejecting shifts and I go back on to the app and it says that I have confirmed them when I didn't

Worst app ever. Tracks your location, requires you to be in vicinity to sign off from a job site. App refuses to work without GPS. I do not want my employer checking to see if I've left my house yet nor do I want them to keep tabs on me should they try make me cover a shift & say I'm close to site. I should be able to use the app without GPS on, there should be an option. Also my banking details & identity is on the database your privacy policy is pathetic at 2 pages please explain how I'm safe?

Possibly the only Security site and staff management system out there that covers the gamut SO it does help to get the job done BUT frustrating as hell. The app badly needs UI improvements. Requests for help mostly go unheeded. There are NO guidelines for setting up payroll templates, aside from making custom pay templates or changes. You only realise things are wrong after your staff are kind enougb to let you know.

It's really bad. Keeps crashing and I can't sign in or out for work. Or it tells me I'm in the wrong location when I'm on site. Most of my work friends complain about it. Worst of all my boss keeps telling me it's a really good app? How frustrating!

Pretty ordinary app. Slow to load, and when you do access it, you cannot go from one section to another without it reloading every time. It wants to know too much personal information, eg ... name, DOB, Bank Details, TFN, Phone #, Location,and more. Apparently the creator is not willing to make changes to make it user friendly. If I had my choice, I wouldn't use it.

Irritating, takes several attempts to log in or log out. Have four bars of the signal strength meter but gps can't get location. Have to go utside the building to get the message that gps is still calibrating. If I wasn't forced to have it on my phone I would delete. Frustrating when you have to spend five minutes trying to log in.

Bug-ridden, useless, frustrating. Web interface just sits with "PLEASE WAIT ... " displayed on screen, won't load roster or offered shifts screens. App only displays partial data and doesn't give notifications of offered shifts. Has cost me many shifts missed. Do NOT use this software in your company! Handwritten bits of paper would be better than this.
